I have a routine where I try to buy it any time I see it in stock every month or two. I'm about 3 bottles deep on green and yellow.

Just got back from Bogota Colombia today where I had a proper Pisco Sour and it was delicious! Also had a variety of old fashioneds and most of them were really good!

I made this after seeing that video too, but man I must have put too many drops of the chocolate bitters because it tasted too bitter. How many drops are in a dash?
Hard to say. I'd imagine each dash is roughly a mL ((1/30th of an oz) or so.
What brand of bitters are you using? I've found that Fee Brothers are quite strong, and when I put an entire dash of their lemon bitters in an Old Fashioned, all I taste is lemon. A couple of drops is plenty.

Cynar has become a must-have favorite bottle addition to my home bar. Cynar Negronis and The Little Italy are amazing cocktails.
Cedar plank old fashioned and a maple rye old fashioned, both really good
Chili vodka pineapple margarita and a blueberry tea lime margarita. The chili vodka one was so good we bought a bottle of that bottle to take home. Park Distillery.

The In-Seine is a nice warm weather drink and everything blends together well. I use Elijah Craig for the Bourbon and cut the St. Germaine back to 3/4oz. Don't skip the green grapes.

I bought a bottle of El Guapo Crawfish Boil Bitters. A couple of dashes is a great addition to a Dirty Martini and my wife likes what it adds to a Bloody Mary.

Back in DC for a wedding this weekend. Visited the Old Ebbitt Grille for dinner at the bar. Didn't see anything I wanted on the cocktail menu, but I spotted a bottle of Cynar hiding on the back row and got a Cynar Negroni. Dinner was delicious too.
I'm a fan of the sawback, but didn't bring enough park chili back home. Do you know of a good sub I could find state side?
