I made a Sunflower tonight. It got 2 thumbs up in our household. Will probably be apart of the regular rotation for my wife. I'm not real big on St Germain, but this is pretty drinkable.

Not sure why the IG isn't working. It's from Johanthebartender.

0.75 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz orange liquor
0.75 oz St Germain
0.75 oz Gin

Shaken and over ice....only because I don't have the proper glassware.....tonight I reduced the amount of st Germain and I like it better, but the wife preferred equal parts.

The recipe also included an absinthe rinse...which...meh

Espresso martinis. A moka pot had made a world of difference in the coffee part of this cocktail.

Thanks to the advice of bourbon aficionado betadawg I have discovered the black Manhattan. Mine is based on Saz 125. I'm using Amara di Torino. It's based on rhubarb and has a little sweetness that makes the rye shine.

I should try this. I want to like manhattans, but every time I have one, they aren't great. This might be the variation I like.

With the Saz 125 and it's proof, I've been mixing my fair share lately and for me a 2-1 mix of bourbon to Amara seems to be the sweet spot. I also use Peychauds bitters.
