Smart Peptide Tracker. It's awesome and will track dosages, injections, inventory, etc., along with a lot of other useful things.

New to the thread - retatrutide, CJC-1295/Ipamorelin, and enclomiphene (not a peptide but relevant) for a little over two months.

Male, 43 y/o, a little heavier than my average when I started (been floating from 210-220 for a while now), weightlifting 3x/week with a trainer (started with the trainer November 2025, been a mostly consistent weightlifter for about a decade), no real cardio to speak of since I've been on this cocktail, no significant health issues.

- Testosterone and free T about double (T is up from low 400s to high 800s, don't recall the free T number)
- Weight down from 225 to 202, a few peaks and valleys but overall pretty linear progress
- Per bioimpedance (I know, has its flaws)
--- On June 12: 216 lb, 22.6% body fat, 49 lb fat, 97.2 lb skeletal muscle
--- On August 1: 204 lb, 17.4% body fat, 35.6 lb fat, 97.7 lb skeletal muscle

No negative side effects so far. Checking labs regularly to make sure nothing gets out of whack.

By far the biggest positive is what it's done to my brain. I got as low as 190 probably two years ago. I got there by absolutely obsessing over diet and weight loss. Was constantly thinking about it all the time. And very quickly fell off and put the weight back on in no time.

You hear people talking about "food noise" but man experiencing that going away has been life changing. The only attention I'm paying to my diet is making sure I get enough protein. The FAR bigger factor is that I just don't think about it.

Simple example: I was at the bar watching one of the World Cup games. I had a chicken quesadilla and ate three fourths of it. That's all I wanted. A friend got there a little later and ordered some chips and queso. He offered to share and I declined. I just didn't really want any. Then for the rest of the game while those chips were sitting there next to me, I never even thought about them.

In the past if I was being mindful about my diet I might have left some quesadilla on the plate and said "no thanks" to chips and queso. But I would have had to say "no" in my head a thousand times. I would've been constantly deciding whether or not I could hold out, nonstop deciding whether I wanted to "be good" or give in.

But in this case I just decided once and that was the end of it.

I was very reluctant to start anything like this. Am now EXTREMELY glad I did. Thankfully I carried my extra weight pretty well and never got to the point that my weight was a huge health problem. However, literally every single day of my life for the last 20 years, "I need to lose weight" has been occupying my mind.

Of course I know health is an infinite game, so it's not like I'll ever be "done." Just nice to be able to really see a reality where "lose weight" won't be my biggest health goal. And honestly I don't think it's that far into the future.

I agree with AgRng06 best app out there.

It has everything. And the developer constantly pushes new versions and will answer your questions.

Highly recommend it. It's a one time fee not like the other ones where they charge you yearly

I must be dumb because I downloaded that app and couldn't make heads or tails of it.
I'm still using the tracker at tracker.joshholyfield.com and find it to be extremely intuitive for tracking everything from doses, inventory, titration schedules, cycles on and off, diet and macros, supplements, daily wellness log, and it includes reference materials on most peptides and supplements.

You aren't dumb. Even for my IT brain, the app did seem pretty busy. Slight learning curve to figure out everything.

Do you have to do a paid version to actually set up a protocol? I just opened it and tried again but can't get it to actually create anything.
I like the idea of an app over a bookmarked website but it makes absolutely no sense to me

Add inventory first and then go to protocol and link the inventory that you just created and start your scheduling.

Any ideas on Larazotide? Checked a few places and have not seen it.

The peptide *space* seems as flooded as the hemp space was a few years back.

Funnily enough the lab I worked with on hemp and psychedelics also is making peptides as well.

My wife took some for her elbow pain and it's mostly resolved itself now.

It seems like everyone and their mother is pushing peptides in some form.

How does one resolve trust for these products, most seem to be coming out of china...

Look for COAs and verify the product your buying. The only way or word of mouth for someone who has used them. That's why a lot of us use Tony at Peptide Plugs.

I own a compounding pharmacy and we have been formulating a bunch of peptides to test. I had major knee surgery in july (new acl, medial and lateral miniscus repair, fractured patella) and today took a bpc and tb-500 shot in my knee. First time Ive walked without a limp since my injury in march. Simply incredible.

I had an Achilles surgery but I was too scared to inject down in that area so I did it subQ in my upper calf and over the last 3 months it accelerated my healing schedule over a month at least!

He told me he has a lot, but its from 2 new vendors and the tests aren't back yet. Also said it's been difficult to find, so counterfeit is a big concern.

I got the wolverine+. Vial consists of combined BPC-157 + TB500 + KPV. I can't find info on past threads or anywhere about dosage for this set up. I can find individual dosages for individual vials if you were separating them. any recs/guidance?
AgEng06
How long do you want to ignore this user?
I believe all three of those peptides are the same strength in your vial (5 mg or 10 mg), correct?

Assuming so, you would just reconstitute and dose based on one of the components in the blend. For example, if there's 10 mg of BPC, and you add 2 mL of BAC water, then a dose of 0.5 mg would be 10 units. That 10 units will also get you 0.5 mg of TB and 0.5 mg of KPV since they are all dissolved in solution in the vial.

Alternatively, you can total the strength in the vial (say 30 mg total, if they are all 10 mg each), add 2 mL of BAC water, and then 10 units will give you 1.5 mg of the total solution (0.5 mg of each peptide).
HUEY04

I reconstitute Wolverine+ with 2ml for a concentration of 5 mg/ml each of BPC, TB, KPV and typically take a dose of 10 units / for .5mg each in the morning in addition to KLOW with the same ratios plus 2.5mg of GHK-Cu each evening.

Something I've begun thinking about in the peptide space is what conditions would be necessary for a peptide to be effective. I think it's overlooked because we're told about all of these different possible benefits, and there's not enough that goes into the conditions that would need to be present for it to work and, especially, for the result to be measurable.

Take 5-Amino-1MQ, for example. Everybody talks about how it is an NNMT inhibitor, but your body needs a certain amount of NNMT. I feel like everybody just focuses on what getting rid of NNMT does and ignores the fact that there are optimal levels of it so the general posture that less = better is not necessarily a good thing. Like we're creating villains out of body mechanisms that we actually depend on to, you know, live.

Or, for something like SS-31, which hypothetically would repair cardiolipin if your cardiolipin needs repair, but there's no way of saying for sure whether cardiolipin needs repair. There are no biological markers for it and nothing to tell you whether or not it's working (you'd need tissue biopsy to tell for sure).

We also don't know whether, if something is naturally produced by the body, more of it is better or if less of it is actually worse (MOTS-C and BPC 157 would be examples of this). There seems to be a U-shaped curve, both on the benefit side and on the downside, that I just have not seen discussed enough in this space overall.

I guess at the end of the day we are all truly researching this stuff, it's not just a legal loophole. I feel like we all need to treat it as such because, even if there are clinical studies done, studies are usually not done on healthy folks concerned about optimizing their health.

Just a Saturday evening rant for everyone.

I'm awaiting some bloodwork and getting a checkup on my heart (history in the family of issues starting at my age), and if everything checks out I'm going to start on Reta. I'll probably add on others as I go, but only wanted to do one change at a time. How quickly have y'all added to your stacks as you go?

Side note: I was surprised to see there are private clinics out there that do peptide consultations and manage it for you depending on what you want to achieve. I know everyone here is managing their own, but I think it's great for the longevity of peptide research and adoption in general.

Reta is the gateway peptide. Start there and it snowballs from there. lol. I waited a month before jumping on Tesa. Then a couple of weeks and introduced the Wolverine stack and then slowly added to that.

Been taking them for a bit and they are life changing. I currently take Retatrutide, Semax, Selank, Tesamorelin, KLOW, DSIP, Epithalon, and just started a mitochondria repair stack that rotates S S 31, NAD+, and MOTS-C. Best I've felt in 20 years. Do some research and go for it if you have not tried them yet.

I missed the run today but have notifications on for it later this week. I need to get one more kit to have enough for my 6th month cycle.

I've ran through so many of these peps. I like a lot of them for different things but now I'm settled on running low dose Reta, KPV, and 2IUs of HGH. Those trump everything for me so far.
