FDA has voted for BPC-157 and KPV to be compounded. 2 more today, 3 more tomorrow. won't have to use the dark web soon.

I think this is good news, but I still think the gray market will be booming. Compounding pharmacies are going to be charging a lot more for these peptides than the gray market.

Anyone have a referral code for GoodLabs or BodySpec?

I have a referral link I'll PM you. Honestly I'm not sure what it gets us, but we can see lol.

Anyone have any side effects with RETA while endurance running? Contemplating it (worried about not eating enough to fuel), but don't want it to kill my training.

Reta has been shown to raise heart rate, something to keep your eyes on.

Things I had:
Raised heart rate
Lower HRV
Runs 1 hour or shorter felt normal. Over an hour I felt gassed and had no energy. Assume it was the glucagon properties. I pushed through with lots of sugar but sucked. If you plan on running a race for time, forget about your time.

Other than that I was happy with the results.

This will be my first marathon, so not worried about time other than the max race time. It would be nice to run it 20-30 lbs lighter, but I think I'll wait until after the race and see how my body changes when I start the full training block in September.

I'm not a marathon runner, but I take a caradine and slupp blend whenever I need an endurance boost. When I go hunting in the mountains I take that along with a few other things and the endurance boost is crazy noticeable.

So I don't recall this happening before but now Peptide Plugs wants you to provide a business name and research category before allowing access to the site. I know this is a bit of a grey area but I'm hesitant to just make up a business name to buy from them. Yes I know that's ironic given how all the sites make you check a box that indicates you're buying for research purposes and not for personal use.

Tony is on vacation right now anyway so I don't think they are shipping for a while.

I wouldn't worry about it.. Just don't represent a government agency

I've been on Reta/Tesa and started a training block for a marathon with no energy level issues on longer runs. The only thing I'd suggest would be start it about 6-8 weeks before the training block, or be prepared to do runs on a treadmill close to a bathroom. I had occasional GI distress at first and didn't feel confident about running outside at first. It's a lot better now. You do need to pay attention to what you eat and try to get the more dense calorie foods in.

My resting HR did go up, but my HR during runs was actually lower and more stable. I did a run this morning where I was pushing and I couldn't get out of zone 2.. It has been real nice running 15+ lbs lighter from when I started.

I have Crohn's, so GI issues and me go WAY back.

Hmmm, that definitely gives me something to think about. If I start it then it'll need to be soon. I have skipped around in this thread, but looks like I need to dive into it more real quick and decide if this is for me. I'm regretting not considering it more 3-4 months ago.

High dose oral BPC is money for Crohns. Also, ta-1, Kpv, ll-37, and thymalin.

There have been several people with Crohns that have had tons of success with peptides.

I know this Crohns stack from the peptide communities I'm apart of, and it's what my coach used for his Crohns.

I just googled Crohns peptides, but at a glance this info looks good.

I've been in remission since 2012 while taking Humira, but have issues from two small bowel resections. My intestines don't absorb stomach bile anymore as part of the digestive process, so I take Colestipol for that.

Haven't even considered if peptides would do anything for GI issues.

People swear by it. My wife doesn't have Crohns but had serious GI issues, and that stack cleared up a bunch.

She just takes oral BPC for maintenance now and it's smooth sailing.

Nice. I've been thinking about giving that a shot for a while. I've been hoping someone would make a BPC/KPV blended capsule to make things easier.

Looking to start my Klow journey soon but I'm also starting down the allergy shot avenue; I've read that I may need to wait to start Klow until I get through the loading phase on the allergy shots. Anyone have any insights?

Not sure about the allergy shot but I just got my first ever reaction from a pep from Klow. Got some red welt rashes. Disappointing and will give it a shot again but it'll be awhile before I do

Has anyone else experienced acute dehydration when first starting out on Reta?

1st dose: 1 mg this past Friday
2nd dose: 1 mg Monday

AFTER the 2nd injection, I've lost 8 lbs in 48 hours. Woke up with a substantial headache, felt weird, took my blood pressure and it was WAY too high, like 165 over 114. I've been crushing electrolytes, taking sea salt, and eating some fruit and feel way better. Blood pressure is back down. Just kind of crazy.....I'm eating fine and have had no issue getting to 150 g of protein every day, but I admittedly haven't had much more than that.

I plan on skipping the next injection or at a minimum, and bringing the dosage down. Thoughts?

Obviously I need to pay better attention to hydration during this routine.

With the suppression in appetite many people also have a suppression in thirst. Have to make sure you are getting enough protein and water. Also make sure you do a lot of resistance training because people typically lose a lot of muscle mass on reta without that

Good feedback. Getting the right amount of protein and lifting weights consistently 3-4 times a week (for last 2-3 years). Between hitting the dry sauna Monday night after strength training and then going on an extended outdoor walk yesterday, I think I just overextended myself, not realizing the suppression on my thirst....Thanks.

I think you're on the right track with dialing the dose back. I started at .5 mg for a couple weeks before kicking up to 1mg. I've had no issues. Food noise is down but still getting in my 2500 calories and I have plenty of energy.

That has to be a struggle to get 2500 good calories on reta
