Once I'm done with my Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin cycle, I'm going to consolidate down to:

Retatrutide - 6-8mg
GHK-CU - 2mg 3x weekly after lifting
MOTS-C - 3.33mg 3x weekly before Peloton rides
KPV - 1mg daily

I have some Epitalon and NAD+ to get through as well but haven't really experienced much from them, probably won't run them again. I thought about running Pinealon in the morning and Epitalon in the evening but not sure yet.

Started Retatrutide in January and am down 40 pounds, with very little muscle loss. Need to refeed for a week or so but the combo of Reta + Tesa/Ipa has been pretty amazing for my blood numbers.

Next blood panel is later this month and next Dexa scan is later in April, really interested in my visceral fat number, as that was elevated in my last scan.

Im thinking about Reta + Tesa/Ipa stack as well

It's just so expensive with Tesa. I know a bunch of people do CJC/Ipa for the expense reason. My visceral fat numbers were huge so I needed the Tesamorelin dosage that's FDA-approved. 12-week cycle was a thwack to the wallet but oh well.

Gotta do whats best for you brotha. Which site did u get them on?

I live in Australia so I get them from some importer here. I was in the states a week ago and pre-bought some from SkyePeptides.com to have during my visit. Really quick shipping, was impressed, but they didn't have bac water, which was annoying.

(pretty much all of them come from China anyway)

A couple guys here including myself have bought from Peptira and it's good stuff. Was a bit of a hassle last time I ordered tho and they aren't running as many sales as in the past. Lately I've also ordered from Glacier Aminos. Had good luck with them better pricing and just as good testing as Peptira if not better

Recently ordered from Peptira. They ran a 30% off flash sale so jumped in. No issues at all with shipping. Received the product a few days later via FedEx.

Not sure if you've found a solution to your question, but my experience has been with Rise Men's Health in Roanoke, TX risemenshealth.com. They are online based and manage my blood work, testosterone prescription, etc.

Monthly consult required for monthly t-therapy, but they do blood work quarterly and will have other items checked if you request. Blood work done at Quest Diagnostics.

Been busy traveling for work and had a family vacation, so haven't updated my Reta journey in a while.

Did In-Body scan last night (Monday 3-16), results below:

Initial weigh in: 233 lbs / 18.5 PBF / 110.0 SMM
Week 1: 231.8 lbs / 17.8 PBF / 110.9 SMM
Week 2: 230.8 lbs / 18.0 PBF / 109.4 SMM
Week 3: 226.3 lbs / 18.8 PBF / 106.7 SMM
Week 4: 225.6 lbs / 18.0 PBF / 107.1 SMM
Week 5: 226.7 lbs / 16.6 PBF / 109.6 SMM
Week 6: 227.3 lbs / 16.5 PBF / 109.8 SMM
Week 7: no weigh in
Week 8: no weigh in
Week 9: no weigh in
Week 10: 223.2 lbs / 14.8 PBF / 110.5 SMM

OVERALL RESULTS:
down 10 lbs in weight
lowered PBF by almost 4%
maintained SMM

Future action items:

Started CJC/IPA no DAC on Sunday 3-15, daily PM injections. Burns a little after injecting but nothing crazy. Goal is for some leaning out assistance and increased SMM.

Started KLOW on weight training days to aid in recovery (MWF). Burns the same as CJC/IPA when injecting. Goal is to increase intensity at the gym and have minimal recovery time.

Question regarding GH secretagogues and melatonin...

I have taken melatonin at night for years because I sleep like crap. I am also now taking tesamorelin and ipamorelin at bedtime. I know the tesa/ipa should be taken on an empty-ish stomach, so I usually take it 60-90 minutes after dinner, right before bed.

I switched to a capsule form of melatonin (from gummies) because I didn't want the sugar in the gummies to spike an insulin response, but now I'm wondering if there are any other interactions or concerns when taking melatonin at all with these peptides.

Some Googling tells me that melatonin can actually naturally stimulate GH secretion, so my initial thought is that it can't hurt and could maybe be beneficial... but I've been wrong before.

You're fine. I do 30 units of sleep mix which has melatonin and gaba, before bed and ran it along with 2mg of tesamorelin on my last stack. Best sleep of my life and very synergistic.

It will. Cartalax is awesome, I'm running it right now actually and it's helped my creaky hip immensely.

What dose for best results?

I did 2 mg twice sometimes 3 times a week if it was bugging me a little more.

Some updates from me:

I had bloodwork done in December after a gout flareup that really got my attention and got my act together afterward. The combo of Retatrutide and Tesamorelin (and a few others, MOTS-C before cardio workouts namely) have helped me get on the right path.

I got my own blood panels done in February and forwarded the results to my doctor. My triglycerides went from DANGER ZONE all the way down to normal (literally down 71%) and my cholesterol levels stabilized almost completely. Every marker that was worrying to my doctor retreated back to either normal or high normal levels (with the exception of testosterone, but dropping a massive amount of weight too quickly, admittedly, is known to crater test levels).

Now, approaching the end of March, I got one more blood panel done before my quarterly with my doc next week. Eager to see my GH levels from the Tesamorelin, see if my testosterone numbers have increased by adding zinc supplementation to my D3+K2, fish oil, B12, and magnesium supplements, and see if the trends are still going in the right direction.

All told, from December 8 to today I'm down 53 pounds, 80% of it being fat (I've lost a bit of muscle but still have above average lean mass for my age) and blood pressure has dropped from 141/85 in December to 111/70 this morning.

The peptides didn't do it, I did. But man especially Reta gave me some freedom from the food noise to start building some better habits.

Next DEXA scan is in a few weeks, will be really keen to see the visceral fat numbers, that was the one glaring thing from my February DEXA that was still flagging as outsizedly high.

That's incredible! Excellent numbers on your BP and drop in Triglycerides!

I bet your resting and overall heart rate is significantly less too.

I'm up to 8mg weekly (4mg on Sunday night / 4mg Thursday morning). Only side effects I've seen are the elevated heart rate and some skin sensitivity (feels like the fever tinglies), no nausea.

I did not know that. If that is the trade off for the weight loss, improved triglyceride numbers, and reduced BP - it seems absolutely worth it.

They say it's due to the glucagon agonist, that's the tradeoff you have to make.

I never took any of the other GLP1s so I don't know for sure that I wouldn't have had the same results with them, but I get Reta out here in Australia at a semi-decent price so I'm happy with it.

Up next is adding GHK-Cu to make sure my skin collagen is supported while I need it to tighten back up.

Anybody on the Reta every feel odd/sick after drinking protein? I've used Gold Standard Whey forever and now I can barely get through a serving without feeling sick.

Not really. I use Iso Pure for my protein shakes and I don't feel sick, just really full. It's a chore to get a meal in a few hours later.

How long have you been on Reta? My experience was the "sick" feeling stopped after 4-5 weeks. You might just change up your protein sources until you don't feel sick.

I've been on Reta since January and the only time I get that feeling is after eating carbs, especially something breaded or bread. I can handle rice, fruit, but that's about it.

I'm in the middle of week 5 right now. I've really not had much nausea unless it's drinking my protein. I eat pretty clean so hardly any fried food. Have handle all other food without any symptoms. Think it might be the sucralose?

Couple updates and a question

Starting week 7 on Reta. Starting weight was 224 and was 197 this morning. Feeling great with tons of energy. Blood markers looking good. I do .75mg every Monday and Thursday. Kinda crazy to get the results I have only having to do 1.5mg a week. Probably will come off after this vile is done for awhile. Not really wanting to lose more weight.

I'm a little over 2 weeks now taking 2mg nightly of GHK-cu. I feel like I'm hitting the "copper uglies" stage. Getting dry flaky skin. I feel like my skin is getting a bit looser on my face. I've read that can happen before skin turnover and it tightens up? Also am I doing too much? Should I only go 5 days on and 2 off? Just curious what you guys have done. Thanks

That sounds on-brand for GHK-CU. I just started myself, alongside Tretinoin cream, and fully expect those uglies to hit in a few weeks.

Everything I've read says you'll pass through the uglies, nothing will happen for another few weeks, and then all of the glow or whatever hits at once.

Are you doing 2mg a night? Or going 5 days on and 2 off? I see those are the most common protocols
bthotugigem05

I do 2mg 5 days on, 2 off just to make the math nice and easy (go through one 10mg vial/week).

I'm thinking of running the BPC/TB combo to help heal some chronic shoulder & knee issues. This is my first go but I'm a believer thanks to this thread and the testimony of some close friends.

Do you think adding Cartalax would help with general inflammation in the knee? I think root cause is meniscus damage and arthritis stemming from ACL/MCL surgery about 15 yrs ago. I get really bad flare ups from training/competing at least once or twice per year.

it could be the sucralose. I like Isopure and Levels brand. they digest well.

I have been using transparent labs protein and protein bars. Everything is super clean ingredients and it's all delicious. Best I've tried. I'm using their mass gainer protein powder and their casein protein before bed.

Starting my reta journey tomorrow. Picked up (5) 10mg vials from Peptira as part of a recent flash sale. Never done this before so want to ensure that I fully understand reconstituting, dosing, and any do's or don'ts while taking it.

Dosing:

Weeks 1-4 - 1mg weekly
Weeks 5-8 - 2mg weekly
Weeks 9-12 - 4mg weekly
Weeks 13-16 - 8mg weekly
Weeks 17+ - Up to 12mg once weekly

In all likelihood, I will plan to split the dosages once I hit week 13 so that I am not taking all 8mg at once. Will check back in here once I reach that point.

Reconstituting:

I plan to add 2mL of BAC water to my 10mg vial of lyophilized reta powder to end up with a solution that is 5 mg/mL. I'll pull 20 units into the 100 unit (1mL) syringe for the first 4 weeks so that I am taking 1mg per week.

I understand that the Hospira BAC water is only good for 28 days after initial use. Is that correct?

The reconstituted reta needs to be refrigerated, correct?

Any other do's or don'ts that I should be aware of?

Thanks!

I haven't started reta yet (I will next week), but based on all the research I've done I would probably recommend you break your dosages up throughout the week from the start and titrate up at a slower rate (2-4 weeks per step up).

Edit: disregard the titration comment. I misread your post.
