How long do you want to ignore this user?
**UPDATE**

I have updated the original post with the latest rebate and also with #9 which is Sprint's Tracking site so you don't need to call to get the tracking number. You can track it with just Sprint's order number.

I have also added several codes you can use to e-mail ecare or call Sprint to get $50 credit. I have use two of these codes. One of them I got on the first try (Save50) the second one it took several e-mails so I got it (PWC50x)!! That's $100 wooohooo!!

You may also e-mail Sprint ecare. Sprint ecare is just Sprint Customer Service through email. To e-mail ecare sign up to your account on the Sprint web site. Click on Contact us. Then click on ‘email link,’ or you may e-mail them directly at one of these addresses:
ecare1@cc.sprintpcs.com
ecare2@cc.sprintpcs.com
ecare3@cc.sprintpcs.com

I just emailed them...lets see what happens...

People that are having Q issues... according to some forums, the charging can be kind of weird. Everyone has better results when plugging into the Q first, then the wall, FYI.

Also, the Q (like all phones) has a 1 year manufacturer's warranty in case yours really does break.

no dice so far about the new $100 off code. They said because I used the $50 one that they couldn't add this other one. I'll try back...anyone else try?

yeah just wait a few days and try one of the other e-mails. Remember the both are $50 code each, not $100. You might every want to e-mail or call and ask other random stupid questions to bury your notes, since probably when they open your account the first thing they see is the other $50 code was added a few days ago.
Good Luck.

Anyone see the new HTC Mogul, Sprint is now offering, even on a SERO plan. It is also known as the PPC-6800. It looks very nice, and has WM6 OS. Was thinking about trying to change my Q for one, but I'll wait.

Are you talking about the Titan? This site says it runs WM5.

I have the PPC-6700 and was thinking of getting something smaller/thinner.

That is the model #, PPC-6800 but that review is totally incorrect. It was made in April, maybe that is why. It does have WM6. This video is a great review of the phone. Phone Scoop Video Review

Laptop Mag Review

Me like alot!

Everything has been A O.K. with mine.

Anyone has any success stories adding the coupon codes?

No luck with the second one. This charging issue is pretty annoying.

Devastor:

Thi showed up on my rebate submission on the sprint site:

Post Card Printed
Status Detail: All applicable discounts for your recently purchased Sprint Nextel device were given at the time of purchase or are not available based on the upgrade program requirements.

Is there someone or a specific number I should call to make sure I am getting all of my rebates that I submitted for in May? How should I word it to them on the phone? For example, I was told to do this by a Sprint employeee etc?

Thanks in advance.

5150 Time. Yes that has been happening more and more often to people that sign up for SERO plans.
Dial Sprint Rebate Center. The phone number is 1-800-477-4127. Go through the entire prompt menu, when you get to a live person, just ask for an "update" on your rebate. When she tells you the problem, if she doesn't fix it immediately. Tell them that is incorrect and you would like this to be fix.
Then when thery do fix it they will say, the rebate check will be send in 4 to 6 weeks. Tell them, kindly, that's too long and could they expedite the check and they will do that as well.

Good luck, post back for your results.

Update!!
It seems that the PWC50x was NOT a real Sprint code for the $50 service credit. Sprint is outright rejecting this code. So if you are going to try for a $50 service code, stick to the SAVE50 and POWERUP codes. Yes, they are still working. So jump on the bandwagon.

I have updated the first post accordingly.

Big D:

I will try this approach and give an update soon. I was an existing customer and did not get a SERO Plan. I simply upgraded my phones. You think this might be the problem?
devastor

5150 Time. Actually I think it is better thatg you don't have a SERO. CSRs always use the excuse, "since SERO is already a highly discounted plan…." Just call the number and they will get it resolved. Keep us posted.

It looks like the SERO site is new and now has online ordering. Plus it looks like the phone selection is expanded to pretty much anything, as even the new Blackberry 8830 is on there!

Counting the days until my contract with Sprint is up in Decemeber so I can rejoin under SERO.
jmtamu
How long do you want to ignore this user?
My contract is not up, but I am going to call and threaten to leave anyway and try to get the SERO plan and the Mogul.

I have been a Sprint customer for about 10 years so they will probably want to keep me.

McInnis 03,

Have you received your rebate yet? I got a 75 buck one last week which I'm guessing is for the Kellogg rebate. Just wondering if you have received that on and/or your phone rebate.
McInnis 03
How long do you want to ignore this user?
I got my $400 rebate, haven't seen an individual kellogg rebate, I assumed they were combined into one.
devastor
How long do you want to ignore this user?
Sorry McInnis03. I didn't get a letter, because I'm not stupid. Those fools were "calling" on average about 25 times per one billing cycle. I call on average 4 times a month. :-)Lesson here is bury your notes!

Guess the Iphone is out, call Retentions and if you say, "I want to change providers to go to AT&T for the iphone," and Sprint will do anything to keep you. Half the people they are getting Iphones are from another provider. Use this to your advantage!

hmm I got an email saying my $200 check was being processed, and then got a $75 one, time to check ut whats up...

AGEC2008,
Go to http://sprintrebates.com to track your rebates. You can do it by your phone number or either click on track your rebates on the left side if you have a tracking ID. You can call 1-800-477-4127 (Sprint Rebate Center) to get your tracking number or check on your rebates. Hope this helps.

I have updated the first post with this info as well.

It would be awesome if you get $275 when you paid $99!! That would mean Sprint would have paid three times over!!

Crap....Trying to get my Kellogg rebates, but can't find the packing slip. Any suggestions?
devastor

Didn't you send a packing slip with the original Sprint rebate and hopefully made a copy for your records. If you didn't and you have no way of getting another packing slip. I would go ahead and send what you have, make sure to cut out the box UPC.Who knows maybe they'll. If they still its invaild you can still call the Rebate center and see what they can do for you.

I got a notice today that mine is approved for $350. Pretty sure I only sent in the $75 one... never got around to the kelloggs one. Also pretty sure I didn't make the postmark deadline :-)
AGEC2008

Hope you get it. I'm still trying to figure out where my 200 bucks is when all I got was a check for 75...
