Well, we've got the phones in and we've about used up our 30 minutes of trial time (that is BOGUS, try to evaluate a service provider in 30 minutes) and I'm leaning towards returning the equipment.
While Cingular is more expensive, the call quality if infinitely better. It appears GSM has CDMA handled easilly. It sounds like we're talking through tubes to each other on these Sprint phones. The tone of voice is not there and overall it's just very muffled. That's ashame because I really wanted the internet deal on the phone, I'm just not sure I can handle a 2 year contract with tin can & string call quality.
