So, my contract expires on the 8th of December of this year... and I already have an unlimited data and text plan that lasts all the way until 2009 because of a mess-up that Sprint had on my account (They added it without renewing my contract to make up for messing up). So my question is, can I get Sprint to give me a Moto Q at a reduced price (or possibly for free) to get me to stay with Sprint for two more years? They told me before that if I get a new phone, it wouldn't mess with my current plan (including the free stuff). If I CAN get the phone for cheap (FREE), what do I have to tell them?
***Can I tell them that I want a SERO plan and get a MOTO Q for CHEAPER than what it goes for? The lady in retentions gave me a price of $249.99. She said that the original price is $449.99 but she was giving me an "instant savings" of $200. I noticed that if I go to the website and act as if I'm a new customer, the original price is $449.99 but it comes with an "instant savings" of $200 plus a "mail-in" rebate of $100. Can I get Retentions to give me a lower price on the phone (all of this is on my current plan)? Or should I get them to put me on a SERO plan and also give me a cheaper price on the phone?
