Dev,
My wife and I have been with Sprint for at least 10 years. About 2 years ago, my fire dept advertised a deal that Sprint offered business plans for any fire fighter that put us on, I think, the LA County Fire Dept business plan.
Anyway, it took 6 MONTHS to get the discount/billing squared away, and they actually turned the service off on my phone (piggy back to my wife’s as the primary).
Just as I was about to bail to Cingular, I stayed on by changing to an earlier N/W calling time, 50 more minutes, and no roaming…this was all supposed to cost me the same or less than what I paid before…
Lo and behold, they screwed up the bill again, and insteal of a ~$70 bill I got a $90 bill. I called in and complained, and they took off $15 by killing the wife’s vision service that she doesn’t use.
After reading over your thread, do you think Retention is the best line to call and tell them I’m a disgruntled customer to see what perks/incentives they give me to make me happy? Or should I look at getting the SERO account? We’ve only got 2 lines as of now with the following options:
550 shared minutes ($59.99)
PCS to PCS minutes free
N/W 7-7
No roaming
Power vision w/300 text messages on my phone (Samsung A900M) for $25 total
Thanks for the advice,
"Me fail english, that's unpossible!"
