First I went to activate the phone because that is what the instructions they send say to do, so I call the number they give, it is the wrong department. I have been transferred 5 times unsuccessfully today for various issues, all causing me to start over.
Once I got the plan swithed to Sero they said 4 hours until data worked. After over 5 I called, with more disconnects and 4-5 departments and I find out I need to setup something online, but their system is down until Sunday, so I have to wait two days to get the data portion to work.
I'm very close to cancelling, but will wait until Sunday and see what happens.
