I am down to do some VOG challenges this weekend. I ran it on my Warlock yesterday.. it took a long time. Just some quick points to make here in case you are thinking of running it and have forgotten some Atheon stuff:

1) Please --- no swords
2) Please --- no rockets
3) Sleeper is great but it can make you kill yourself on oracles
4) Jumping the sides after each round increases the probability of success of the next round -- but to do that someone needs to be on ad control with about 10 seconds of DPS left.. use super and grenades as well
5) Call out which oracle is yours and kill it and only it --- being selfish is nice.. I can't express how many times I had a teammate kill my oracles b/c he trying to help me... this is especially true if you have a raid weapon (VoC or Fatebringer drop from Templar)
6) Be patient with each other -- I did and LFG and had multiple cases where people just got really frustrated and said some really inappropriate things to one other after the same person messed up a few times.. If it is the same person having the same issue, find a new role or way to use them - just troubleshoot the problem. I honestly don't think this will be a problem with the clan because we are all chill and know each other
7) Call things out as soon as you can. If you are going to be the last person into the portal say it so the other 2 people outside run in as soon as it opens and there isn't confusion.. They really have to be in there ASAP to kill the 3rd oracle that spawns.
8) Remember the sometimes RNG hates you -- There are times when all three people teleported will be on the Venus side and that is where they end up.. It is nearly impossible to for 3 people on the other side to break containment and make it across the map and build the gate in time to get in and kill Oracles 3 and 4. The only shot you have is if the relic holder kills 3 and the two people enter and teamshoot 4 and then the one who didn't get the kill takes 5. Even then it can be dicey and takes really good execution. So, when it happens, you just have to shrug and curse Bungie and RNGesus
9) Have fun and laugh some.

I am sure there are more things.. And each group will likely have a slightly different approach. The challenge is tricky to execute. I have seen a group run it in 20 minutes and some groups take 5 hours just on Atheon to get the challenge.. So, have your beer(s) nearby and controllers charged, Guardians!
