Jesus playing with strangers is rough. Might have just joined the worst group I've ever been in and that's saying something. Idiot kid trying to run the group had never done the raid and would not stop talking. Then everybody leaves after 4 failed attempts.

I own destiny and played it for a few hours a few months after it came out but never got into it but I am thinking of trying again.

Is there a simple way to download all of the expansions at once? What cost am I looking at? Should I just wait for the sequel at this point?

Personall,y I think you'd be best served waiting until 2 comes out. The expansion packs will set you back almost the full price of preorder with expansion pass if not more than that

Yes. Destiny the collection. It's $50 and includes the base game and all DLC. I would get it if you plan on getting Destiny 2 so you understand the story and factions and events that occurred and who people are. All the raids are relevant now so finding people to run them shouldn't be hard either.

To me, now is the best time to play as all content is relevant again. Previously, if you wanted to run the first or second raid, you had to know 5 other people because no one was running them.

You can buy Destiny: The Collection, which has the original game + all expansions for under $40. Amazon has it for $39, and I think Fry's has it for $36
