I was at the character select screen, then my son walks in and kicks me off so he can get his Star Wars fix on Disney infinity. Hopefully I can get on earlier than normal and calibrate myself prior to a raid.

serious question- would an OLED gaming TV reduce the lag in destiny a sufficient amount so it's at least not as noticable again?

I made the move to stop trials this weekend after dying through walls and corners to kids who didn't even have a sniper out or werent even looking at me.

Or, rather, is this a P2P connection issue and no TV will help enough to make it worthwhile?

I think that's a P2P connection issue, which is internet and connection related. A faster refresh rate on a TV would not help wth that.

TV upgrades would help with input lag from your controller, i.e. less sluggish feeling when playing Destiny.

It's on Bungies end. D2 should help with them hosting the activity and movement being P2P but it will always happen until they go full dedicated servers.

Whoa, whoa, whoa! I checked a few times to see if there was any interest and never saw many responses. Granted, I didn't check very much, so I'm only partially a flake.

Thank you sir. I've now found a new way to play a game that I've already spent a total of 2 weeks 5 days 6 hours 54 minutes 15 seconds played on that game and extend it to my phone. My wife is going to be annoyed, and I'll explain that it's better than playing on the playstation
