I don't quite get Gregg's "high horse" comment - or the misspelling of his last name - but Ag_07, I am curious, why the rush to basically get to the end of the show? It's like wanting Game of Thrones to just hurry up and reveal who's going to end up on the throne, when the joy is watching everyone compete. I'm not saying BCS is nearly as compelling as GoT - and I do admit that for me, at least, this past episode was the first one in a while that kind of sort of started to wear thin - but I'd rather root for better drama along the journey than simply call for it to reach its various conclusions.
What does Jimmy becoming Saul change other than his name? He'll still be the exact same person. That, and I've never been more invested in Kim's character, so why write her out now? And I get wanting to be done with Charles, but I love the tension with Hector right now, thinking this was going to be the episode that finally did him in. But instead, we got the scene with Nacho having to come clean and warn his dad, which was far more compelling and heartbreaking than watching Hector finally get his wheelchair, the former of which we would have been robbed of otherwise.
Overall, I've just never understood the need from certain viewers to simply get on with it and arrive at the show we've already seen. I get the impulse, but it's a bit like a dog chasing a car... what happens when it finally "catches" it? What do we do then? We've been there, done that already. I would much rather linger in the current world as long as we can, as long as the drama holds up, which I feel that it has for the most part. Especially earlier in the season, which was as good as this show has ever been.
