It's not David. It's "Walter," a different version of the same model, this one from the Covenant ship. David is already going to be on the planet where the Covenant is headed. So there's going to be an Armie Hammer / Winkelvoss / Social Network thing going on, effects-wise, apparently.

Also, it looks like the embargo for write-ups of the 15 or so minutes they showed to press a couple weeks ago lifts Saturday night. Hence why a lot of people are thinking that's the when the trailer is likely dropping now as well. Christmas Eve seems like a super weird time to release something like that, but that's the going rumor.

I've no idea how to post videos, but go find the trailer for the first Alien. Barely shows anything, just a brief glimpse of the facehugger, but gives the impression of a movie that is going to scare the crap out of a lot of people. Alien has been called "The Exorcist in space" for good reason. I am truly hopeful that this movie is as good as this trailer makes it look to be.

Seeing as tomorrow unofficially begins the 2017 blockbuster calendar year, and I haven't updated this thread in a while, I went ahead and added quite a few new trailers and Super Bowl spots to the OP, while also moving around a few dates that have changed.

With Fifty Shades Darker, John Wick: Chapter 2 and The LEGO Batman Movie all opening tomorrow, we're about to see the first of many stellar box office weekends this year, so get your wallets ready...

Yeah, Split basically came out of no where to surprise. And I don't think the 50 Shades sequel is going to do near the numbers of the last one. John Wick definitely has a shot to beat it out.
