Littefinger is obviously winning with his "chaos is a ladder" technique. He started a war that basically wiped out the North, and simultaneously sent the Lannisters to the poorhouse, and gained a lordship in the meantime. And he will try to wrap up the North by marrying his new son (possibly his biological son, based on hint given above) to the presumed heir of the North. He's good.
Once again, the Hound has all of the best lines in the show.
Not to get all geographical again, but is the fire at Craster's close enough to the wall that it could be mistaken for the bonfire signal that Mance Rader told his scouting party to look for? Could they see it and prematurely jump Castle Black without reinforcements north of the wall? The show made a point to show how big the fire was and Jon Snow looking up at the smoke it created. It would be nice for everyone but Ygritte to get smoked trying an assault on a fortified position.
