I thought they found his frozen body and he had been white-walkerfied?

The guy we saw take the baby is a white walker, or as hbo put it the nights king (ww king) (this isn't in the books). The guy that came back to life and attacked Jon was just a random nights watchman, he is a wight. Wights are controlled and brought back to "life" by the WWs by some extent not yet explained in the show or books.

White walkers are like the generals and wights are the cannon fodder infantry.

Another question... What ever happened to that guy who married Frey's daughter in the red wedding? I assume he was killed after being carried out for the bedding, but I don't recall ever having that confirmed?

Not that I think it matters, he seemed pretty incompetent, but still...

I always wonder about him too. I'm not sure why they would have his part in season 1 if they did not plan to continue it somehow..
