Bumped up slightly to 232.9 but that's still within what I would consider fluctuations since I wooshed. I'm hoping it'll be off in a day or two and to maybe hit the 229's this week.

213 this morning, down 3 lbs total. This week will be tough as I am traveling for several days for work, but will make the best of it! If I can make it through the week and hold at 213 I will call that a win.

Huge workout for me! Got on the treadmill tonight (temps have a minus sign in front of it, I'm not touching that) for the first time in years. Put it for a super easy pace of 13 min/mile and pulled out a 10 min run followed by a couple min walk and then a 5 min run. I know that's child's play around here but it's a great start for me.

Good job! I know they say it's 90% diet blah blah but damn if I don't feel 100% better when I make it a point to go to the gym. Even my diet gets better because I feel it when I've got bad food in my stomach working out.

6'3", 32 year married male with two young kids (2 & 4)

Starting weight was 212 on 1/10, 208 on 1/18
Would like to get down to 180 and/or get rid of man tits/gut

Started a weight loss challenge at work, just for the competitiveness of it really.

I started last April or March doing low-carb. Cut out real cokes and sweet tea completely. I probably weighed around 230 or so in March 2018.

Today I actually completed a 24 hour fast, and it was actually really manageable. I'd like to maybe try IMF (20/4) and work in a few 48/72 hour fast while limiting my carb intake.

Of course I'd like to get back on the Peloton, but man it's tough with the kids.

I'm on the verge of breaking 230 for the first time in 10 years or more. I wrecked my back at about that time and had to quit doing any type of exercise. My blood pressure has been normal for a week or two and I quit taking my bp medicine. This intermittent fasting is working great for me and is something that I will be able to do long term. Once I hit my goal weight (30 pounds lost), I'm going to shoot for another 30. I can't wait.

Brami brand lupini beans
Greek yogurt
Protein Balls (lots of good recipes on the internet but use PB2 instead of peanut butter)
Jerky is a good higher protein source and then fruit for carbs

Goals:
- 165 pounds.
- Become a faster runner (23 minute 5k would be nice)
- Mix in more weight training with the cardio

My weakness is BBQ, Mexican Food, and beer. I just LOVE TO EAT. I workout 5-6 days a week, but dang it I love to grub!

You are a perfect candidate for intermittent fasting. Eat what you want, fast a couple of days a week. You're there.

One week to get down to 235 to meet my initial goal.
Phase 2 goal is 225 by March 1st which will put me at my lowest weight in quite a few years. I got to 226 last year before ballooning again. It took me 2.5 months to get from 236 to 226 so aiming for a more efficient route this year.

Had a healthy dinner plan. Wife, who is a vegetarian 90 percent of the time, said she wanted wings. Dinner was no longer healthy but it was delicious! Made up for it with an extended gym visit. Compromises. Now to get back on the healthy wagon til Feb 3.

196.8 this morning. Diet and exercise have been the same. Weight has gone up a touch. Weird.

Waist is down to the lowest it's been despite my weight hovering so I suppose that's the important thing.

Have now had the Chil Lime and Garlic and herb... Pretty decent. Odd texture and flavor, but not real sure what I was expecting. The pickling flavor is weird and good at the same time.

This last week was not as glorious as previous weeks.
Lots of work issues prevented my normal lunch workouts.
But I still maintained good diet.
Not sure of my real weight... will find out tomorrow morning.
but after a 11.5 mile run and after drinking some water, I did see 209.6... so at least I'm not having any upward trends since I started this latest campaign.
