1/14- 238.4 - down 7.2 lbs on the month
1/15- 237.4 - down 8.2 lbs on the month (goal is 10 lbs in Jan)
Haven't done as well with going to workout as our evenings have been really busy and that's the only time I can go.
Have at least tried to be active with pushups and body weight squats.
Am unable to do regular pushups, so I have been using our stairs to make it easier. Moved down a stair and can do full sets (though it gets tough) and can do a few one stair lower so I'm pretty excited.
Have also been working on deepening my squats and have noticed a definite improvement. Adding squat jumps in too.
