I participate on boards where moderators are open and on boards like TA where moderation is anonymous. I understand your choice; both systems have advantages and disadvantages. However the anonymous system does tend to lead to the same accusations over and over. One poster accuses another of being the moderator and abusing their position. Perhaps you should make it a policy that moderators are not allowed to post on the board they moderate. It may be a policy now. If so that is not at all clear.
