good episode...storylines that progressed were expected, but solid.
The wolf mauling the hired murderer of Bran was awesome.
Dunno what to think of the Queen. She is in the wrong ****ing her brother, but she shows a soft side talking of personal grief with Ned's wife...then acts like the ultimate ***** when deciding the fate of the "fight" with her Son and Arya(sp?)...
the son is a little coward piece of ****...exactly how you'd expect a young'n who's never had to work for anything but knows he's the heir to the highest title in the "land."
***random thought of the night***-did anyone else think Dany and the slave had really great (lesbian) chemistry when she was helping Dany 'fix' her situation with the warriorbeast? I was half expecting a full on lesbian scene to break out...but after watching that scene...if that slave girl ever shows back up again, I'd full on expect it. I get the reason she was there, to share her thoughts as a ***** to help Dany realize how to treat a man, but I wonder if that's setting up something in the future.
Since I haven't read the books, I probably read too much into that, but there was serious lesbo chemistry in that scene.
I agree with Sepinwall's review in that, 2 eps in...we have become familiar with the large number of characters, and now it's time to push the storylines forward that are set up at a quicker pace.
