You left off the best part of the line... the French "S'il vous plait" at the end!!!

excellent episode, back to basics.

Andy has really grown on me, I really didn't like him initially, he and oscar drunk was hilarious

I did hear Dwight on the phone with Angela, I have to admit, i don't really get this whole story line, but we'll see where it goes.

also, why is ryan trying so hard to get kelly back? is he trying to be the nice guy so he'll move up again. hard to believe he'd ever come back to work there, even as a temp, but we'll see where they go

Dwight coming up at the end and asking Pam to make copies was brilliant too

I think he wanted what he couldn't have or liked it because it was "dangerous" to be sneaking around.

Just look at his face once he realizes that Darryl didn't care about Kelly breaking up with him. As soon as you saw his eyes after that, I could hear GOB in my head, "I've made a terrible mistake."

I don't think Ryan was trying to get Kelly back. I think he was just messing with Kelly. He seemed really bummed out when Darryl said, "It's cool" to the break up text. Then at the end, he seemed less than thrilled when they were together for an interview.

by far the best of the season. I thought when Michael hung up on his boss? something was going to happen. I am sure they'll put him on probation (or something like that) and Ryan will take over.

Ryan was just doing it because he couldn't have her. Now that he does he doesn't want her.

I loved that it literally took about 5 seconds for Darryl to text her back.

I like the whole premise that texting is a perfectly acceptable way to break up a multi-year relationship in Ryan 2.0's mind.

I'm thinking theyre preparing for Ryan's exit from the show. He's going to up and move to Africa or something once he remembers how crazy Kelly is.

Quality episode. The Oscar/Andy sequence was brilliant, capped off by Andy's realization the next morning that the drunk dial was real, and not a dream.

Two best lines of the night, both from Michael:

"A concierge is the Winnipeg equivalent of a geisha."

"Why have I stayed at Dunder-Mifflin so long? Certainly not the paycheck. I could be making more money as a doctor....or a professional athlete."

those were funny west, I laughed...very classic Michael..

yea, I did get the sense that Ryan was like uh-oh when the text came back so fast, but it's still a bit odd, guess he's trying to stir up as manh of you say...we'll see where it goes...kelly is a psycho!

I'm thinking they're going the way of the British version and Michael leaves Dunder Mifflin, his choice or not, and Jim or Dwight takes over the office. (Dwight would be funnier as boss). I don't think Michael will leave the show, but I don't think he'll be a Dunder Mifflin employee next year.

Or he could be moved to the Warehouse. Much hilarity would then ensue.

That would be a defining "Jump the Shark" moment. We saw with Jan and Ryan how difficult it is to keep a character integrated when they leave the branch.

Dwight or Jim as boss would be terrible. I've never thought much of Jim's character. Most of the time he just looks at the camera. That's been played out.

Jim, much like Tim on the original, is a good foil character but he'd be a terrible lead for the show. Dwight as boss ala Garreth Keenan would be awesome.

They've made Michael too lovable, following his career post-dunder mifflin would be boring.

I thought Michael started the episode on his normal over-the-top pace, but I thought the call with Wallace was extremely genuine. Since he views Wallace as a friend and not a boss, it was really interesting to see Wallace try to respond as a boss and Michael as a friend.

Excellent episode. Andy has been my favorite character consistently for some time. His interaction with Michael and Oscar in the bar was spot on.

The drunk phone call and hearing Dwight "who is it monkey" in the back ground. Also, Oscar was pretty supprised Andy and Angela have not had sex yet, and I was not so much supprised, but it was one of those 'you know it's true, but when you hear it out loud you just crack up' kind of moments.

First base with Angela is "kissing her on the forehead"...

"Engaging wings"
"You want me to do more push-ups?"

Drunken Oscar.

Great episode.

Which is why this series should have done what the UK series did: end on a good note. The UK Office is a perfect series because none of the storylines got tiring or boring and everything was wrapped up nicely by the Christmas special. The US Office should have ended after season 3 and then had a follow-up special to see where everyone was and what they were doing, post-documentary. It would have been much more realistic for a mockumentary type show. Since season 4, everything has been dragged to the point of viewer apathy and more ridiculous, unrealistic storylines and situations (Branch wars?? Kidnapping a pizza kid??). Sure, the show's still funny from time to time, but now it is just like every other US sitcom. And sadly, it'll be ruined more and more by allowing it to go to season 7 or 8, which NBC as already talked about doing.

Seasons 1-3, best show on tv.
Seasons 4 and 5, not so much.

Or it could have kept on running at 9 million people could enjoy their Thursday nights.

No one is making you watch. If its such an exhausting chore, don't bother.

They could have also followed the UK series and not had all the great minor characters like Creed, Darryl, the accountants, etc.

Have you seem some of the horrible shows that are on TV now? The laugh track is the only thing laughing. The Office is far ahead of all the rest.

I get sick of all the crime scene shows and shows about hospitals. One of each is enough. Long live THE OFFICE!!

I think it's gone from a 10/10 to an 8/10...Still EASILY one of the top 5 shows on TV IMO...
