It was 1-1 in the 1st leg. What's the tiebreaker if the away goals are equal?

If this game ends 2-2 or 3-3 or worse they win straight up on away goals. We have 1. They would have 2 or more. We could win on a 0-0 tie. 1-1 tie goes to extra time. 2-2 or more they win.
