So I guess that means goodbye to James Houston. Cautiously optimistic given his age, but of course we all love Von here.

This move could make Lawrence inactive on game days. Eze, Gary, Sam, and Von are probably your top 4. Would we activate 5 OLB/Edge guys on game day?

BTW - he is 37 years old. I'm guessing they just plan to have him play at spots. Not sure if it's the best use of that roster spot, but I'll be glad to see him if he helps us win now.

If we just use him on third down and when the opponent is definitely passing because of lost yards on Sacks or penalties will be worth it.

To the post above about Adoree Jackson... Hell no. That guy is completely washed. Just keep Carson iif we want a guy that can't play, at least he's younger.

Hey, I'm not defending Schoon, I'm just saying that the people who make a living covering the Cowboys... They say that Trigg did nothing in camp that would push Schoon off the roster.

But maybe the preseason games will tell a different story. Trigg has been getting praise (from those same guys) after the game so who knows.

I suppose there is some irony to the fact that we might have finally hit a home run with a Michigan player (Barham)... but in order to do so we had to draft him and then play him at a different position than he played at Michigan.
