KU & KState are now headed to the 9th tied at 1. This has been a well played game.

...and a leadoff triple off the LF wall for KU to start the 9th!! It kept drifting and the LF never found the wall and got comfortable.

So we aren't the only really good lineup that LSU can shut down. Their pitching has really come around. Would rather not see them in Omaha. If they get going, they could be really dangerous.

The AAA ballpark in Charlotte is so beautiful and the Hoover Met is so not.

Watching Miami vs Louisville, and while I DGAS about the outcome, I would love to attend this tournament just to see the park.

UGA is 7 in RPI. They will host a regional, but likely not a super.

LSU is up to 25. They are safely in as someone's worst nightmare 2 seed.

I have always said the SEC tournament is tougher to win than advancing to CWS.

It's only top teams.

Plus some Single Elimination.

Example: Georgia, likely was a top 8 seed till they lost first round to LSU.

You are probably right. I think we will be either the 2 or 3 seed. So they would have to be seeded at 14 to make the drama from sticky gate take place.

This will solve the committee's dilemma about putting 5 13 win SEC teams in the tournament. Barring a miracle comeback (I realize it's only the 2nd inning) the Game Cocks will be out and may have a new coach next year.
