does this mean NITE is some how holding this stock artificailly low?

absolutely that's what it means... NITE is notorious for this, but he's also known for imploding when you move quickly. At one point today we had him at $1 plus and he was on the ropes with no shares, but the buying stopped for a few minutes and we had a seller step in.... got NITE right back in the ballgame.

When we get him above .20, the larger MMs will take this and not allow NITE to play games. NITE is very dirty and will lower asks from say .17 to .169 just to save shares at .17.

.22 is a very important number right now. I think we'll open at .18 to .20 tomorrow based on the AFTERHOUR orders.

Actual screen says we finish 15.73% for the day at .162, but actually we finished 21% green at .175.

New 52 week highs again, and higher lows... we've based at .16.... 9 straight days green.

Looking for 10 straight tomorrow.... according to our critics we are a pump and dump stock! Don't think I've ever seen a P&D go green more than 3-4 days, much less 9....

I can see myself getting really frustrated if I try to argue with you (Which I have/had no intention of doing).

To clarify my previous statements, that seem to be unclear to you, and maybe others:

I didn't say that Ameritrade said FTCH was a fraud. As you said, it makes no claims of fraud for a particular stock. Among its warnings about OTC stocks, under the description of fraud, is defined nearly exactly what you say in earlier posts is happening with
this stock. I'm at work and have spent too much time on this already, so I'll leave it up to others to read your previous posts and compare it to the definition I posted earlier, if they care to.

Without looking back at the stock price or news, I think it has gone from ~0.03 to ~0.17; ~5x in the last 1.5 weeks. The only news I recall seeing during that time was the one about the installation for an HOA
in Georgia on May 7th ,I think. If there was more news over that period, I missed it.

I read the presentation last night and was intrigued enough to put a little money into it, which for some reason Ameritrade wouldn't execute.

Did you just open your ameritrade account? If so, it usually takes 6 days to be able to trade OTC stocks.

Between now and last Thursday (the last PR you referenced) there hasn't been any PRs, but a stock doesn't need NOW news to rise. FTCH has had a base PPS valuation of .30/share for sometime now.

There was a press release a month to two ago, that stated revenue numbers which priced the PPS at .30 bare minimum with a conservative PE ratio. You have to have investors and accumulation before you can really see that valuation level. We've seen that happen over the last 3 weeks.


If this stock was a fraud, you'd see some really low lows and really high highs in one day or over a day or two. This stock is stair-steppin its way up... most of the time. It has higher highs and higher lows. That shows a healthy stock.

I can't elaberate much on what they have discovered about this software but it's impact on the market place will change how video sharing is done on the net. The future revenues from this development is expected to be huge. FUTURE INFO ON THAT IS SOON TO COME!!!!! I saw it first hand and I wanted to hug both of them...........

ASCEND has been upgraded and is about 10x more powerful than the other version. This is also going to be a very good revenue generator for the company as well. Buisness's are already showing strong interest in this product and without sharing too much, some negotiations are taking place with this one as well.

The a/s WILL be cut back to 200 million and it's just a matter of signing the form and getting it to the lawyer. This will happen very soon and I expect them to release that info at any time!!!

Folks, we have a true winner in Frank & Jim and the rest of the team. They are super smart with a VISION of where and how the company will progress. They are 110% COMMITTED to the shareholder's of this company and have shown us time and time again of that committment. They are honest and they are hard working and they really have made an impression on me from seeing this first hand. THIS IS A VERY SOLID COMPANY and if you don't own shares in this company, then you truelly are missing out on something remarkable!!!! It's a once in a lifetime kind of thing for some and I'm just very glad to be a part of it.........

Yeah, I just created and funded the Ameritrade account this week. I have had a Scottrade account for some time, but I was getting killed on fees for trading sub $1 stocks there. I suspected the reason it wasn't letting the trade go through was because it was a new account, but I didn't look into it yet. Thanks for the info.

Not a problem... Its a frustrating rule, but its better than not being able to trade the sub $1s like a lot of other online brokers.

I use ameritrade for my gambling money so you should be good. Notice I said gambling money. I have 4 nice blue chip companies and 5 OTC in this account.

I got in on this at .04 after seeing the action, etc on this board. I have since cashed out my original cost and have 60k shares left to play with. I got to be honest, looking at the account with and without the money gained is pretty cool. I am skeptical of this, but I do see the positive side.

The fact that they are closing down the shares is enough for me. I don't know a lot about the stock, but if the price was going up, wouldn't a scam artist want as much float out there?

Hell, I've made more $ on these "scams" in the last few weeks than I have on the non scams such as GE.

Yes, the first sign of a fraud stock or scam is a BLOATED A/S. F3 Technologies is REDUCING THE A/S BY 80% FROM 1 BILLION AUTHORIZED SHARES TO 200 MILLION.

Watch what the stock does when this news is released in the next week or two, and the form is signed and delivered to the lawyer.

As if we didn't need any more positive indicators.... but we have more MMs showing up to the party!

MMs just don't show up on a quick, get rich scam. MMs do their research and gauge interest and then jump in. Lots of MMs represent certain types of investors. You have your retail MMs (those who represent me and you), institutional investor MMs, foreign money MMs, Hedgie MMs....

I guess it could pull back if people just started whacking the bid with sells, but most of the float is in the hands of long holders, so I doubt it. Regardless, 9 straight days of green is great, and a pull back wouldn't be a bad thing.

I don't think it will though. We have some more money coming into the stock today and new MMs have showed up. If we can tap the .22 mark, watch out!

I'd rather have 15-30% days every day though, and thats what we have been getting mostly (excluding Tuesday). It shows its trading healthy on a daily basis.

I am expecting a slow down or pull back today honestly.

Too much green for people to not start taking a little profit out.

IMHO

I figured that would have been Wednesday, but the buyers still outnumbered the sellers after the large spike.

This is so thinly traded that when we do pull back, only one or two small buys knocks it back up.

Last Thursday is a great example of that. Went from .047 (open) to .027 in the morning, and then 3 buys later we were back in the green.

Law of averages tells you it has to have a consolidation day eventually... I wonder if that is now, or after another pop.

now that was a good sell! Gap filled from yesterday's close.... wow, that was quick... time to go north.

about par for a Friday... light volume and a morning pullback. Last Friday was the first green Friday in sometime.

One big buy could change that though.

Put an order in for 4200 shares at $.16.

BTW, the bid/ask was not available on my online broker when I ordered, should I change my order based on the spread?
