It needs to go up a bit to cover my transaction costs. I'm dumping em as soon as that happens.

I would have to get to about 12-13 cents to completely break even. I'm planning on sticking around for a while though if this company starts putting out some good revenue numbers and looks like they're on a solid expansion track.

Yea, I'm conflicted as well. I'm just bitter because I didn't sell when it was around .16-.17.

My suggestion is to keep a careful eye on it and see if their future actions encourage or discourage you.

If they keep their word and stop with the dilution, bring in big revenue, and are going forward with their business model, then it might be worth seeing what happens...

I guess I'm viewing this trade a lot like a PE deal. I'm planning on sticking around for a while. I wish they'd really get financials out or provide a timetable for providing financial data...

I bought in the morning at .059. Wish I would have gotten in at .5 though.

They will answer in the video conference when the financials will be released. That's one of the questions by several people.

BTW, its starting now....

Should be this week. The PR might not come until next, but the financials should be updated on the filings this week.

yeah, I saw that... I do know that Vant is a minister by trade... I know him by his real name. He did defend himself and vehemently denies it.

Also, if he is a paid promoter, then its being done illegally and he could be sued because he doesn't have a disclaimer in his posts or on his moderator tag. You must have that on ihub or anywhere for that matter.

So those two bits of information tell me he isn't paid off the company tab.

If he is lying, then he has more to answer to than just us... LOL!

I saw that post on the Yahoo Finance board. Whether Van is an employee or an investor, I'm not sure how it's material. Anything you read on Ihub should be taken with a grain of salt.

I am like the guy at work who has to buy lottery tickets with the group just in case they win. So I had to buy in this morning at .05.

Any update from the video?

Nothing really groundbreaking was said in the video, but it was good to hear a few things straight from their mouth:

1) They think many of the shares from the debt reduction of the legacy note have already been absorbed into the market over the last week or so.

2) They do not see any reason in the foreseeable future to raise any additional capital or sell any more shares.

3) Frank is still the largest share owner and has not sold a single of his 30M shares.

4) Within the next week or so, they will be updating investors on the actual business and some of the happenings going on with the product.


Those were the main things that stood out to me. If I think of anything else, I'll add to this...

That's what I got out of it, as well.

I did not hear anything about releasing financial data. That was a little disappointing to me. I hate that they're having to put out so many PRs, as I'd rather they be out selling product and deveoping the existing product. Unfortunately, they're going to have to do this until they can start giving us some real numbers to look at.

He said it without saying it... When he said updates on new business and numbers, he's talking financials in addition to volume of contracts, etc.. They've said for 3 months now, and as recently as last week, to expect financials at the first of June.

I'd keep checking their filings, because I think it will show up there first before its the PRwire.

There's a new article out this morning about them adding a sales force team in 4 states including Texas...hopefully this will help.

Moving nicely so far

I figured we'd see some flippers here. Mid morning pullback.

I should go to negative town on this stock more often. All it has done is go up since I've bashed.

Talk about a LOWWWW volume day. Guessing this is a good sign that most of the dilution has already been absorbed. And I can't help but think that it's also because a majority of the float is in pretty solid hands.

I'm guessing this is going to move sideways at low volume for a while until some sort of financials or something moves it.

I'd prefer some normal sideways trading for a bit. It would attract more stable investors at this point.

Fact is, as long as it rides waves up and down, there will be flippers.

So far it's another day of LOWWWWWW volume. Hopefully it's for these same reasons already mentioned.

Yeah, that's what I'm hoping for/thinking again old ag...

At this rate, it might be a little while before this thing really picks up again. From what I see, it has no real reason to move until really big things happen for the company (i.e. releasing revenue data, etc.)...which, if IIRC, they don't HAVE to do quarterly since they're OTC, but it's a valuable step in pursuing an uplisting.

So we'll see what happens. I would've thought the PR at the end of the week last week about the new contracts would've had a bigger effect, but it didn't. Nonetheless, I'm at least much more comfortable about the stock now that the volatility has been subdued.

the ftch hype seems to be dying

I still view this as a fairly long-term investment. I expect we'll get financials soon. I'd rather they spend more time building revenues right now than putting out 2-3 PRs a week.

Same. The 6000 shares I own for a whopping ~$150 bucks really aren't cramping me right now, given the potential for long term gains.

I think that is what everyone is waiting for.

They need one PR a week IF WARRANTED... it should detail any new business, any product launches, or in the RIGHT NOW, financials.
