F3 Technologies, Inc. Strategic Partner Signs First Community in South Florida
9:30a ET June 18, 2009 (Market Wire)

F3 Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: FTCH) is very pleased to announce that its strategic partner and Interaction Community Systems reseller has signed their first community in South Florida. Coastal Group Publications (CGP) has enrolled an initial 130 unit high-rise, luxury condominium in Miami to use the Interaction Community Systems to run their condo association. Coastal Group Publications is the exclusive reseller of Interaction Community System in South Florida and currently caters to roughly 15,000 homeowners through their newsletters.

"This is a very significant step for both F3 and CGP. We signed our reseller deal with CGP in April and since that time we have been tweaking the system to meet their specific needs. Now that the system has been perfected for CGP they are ready for what they called the 'Domino Effect.' Now that this first condo has signed and all the pieces are in place they feel that they can now go to all their existing clients and start signing them up one by one to use the system," said Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, Inc.

Mark Valdes, CEO of Coastal Group Publications, said, "Hundreds of millions of people every day handle an ever increasing percentage of their day to day business and basic communications online. The Interaction Community System allows and encourages them to do all of it right where they spend most of their time, their neighborhood. No longer are cookie cutter websites enough to meet a community's wants and needs. Having a system like Interaction in place is going to change the HOA landscape for many years to come and with the Interaction Community System we are proud to be able to offer this change in the South Florida market."

How much ad revenue can you drive from 130 units? When they actually do a deal with some volume and post projected revenues along with current financials maybe this stock will move.

I wouldn't still be in this thing if I didn't think it was going to move as soon as they release financials.

jbrag, not much. but i think the point is that their partnership is already clicking and getting new business.

I understand that. I think I'm talking more to the fact that we've been hearing we will see financial info this month and the last two press releases have been little more than fluff.

This stock always seems to recover quickly when it tests the .04-.045 levels...I've made some decent money flipping it when it does this. I'm sure it'll be back down to .05 soon after open tomorrow. Until they release some financials I doubt we'll see any sustained gains.

I'm in agreement with you SJE... need more than some fluff PRs.

The stock has attracted the flipping crowd. If you know what you're doing, you can make some serious coin off FTCH right now until it gets booted out of the flipping channel by hard revenue releases.

Levins, I'm in this stock for a long play, but is there REALLY any reason to believe we'll get updated financials before their next annual report?

They have no obligation to release quarterly reports or any of the like, correct?

I'm not expecting anything until year's end. Anything before that is a bonus IMO.

I'm in it for the long-term, but I'm not putting any other cash in until we know something more definitive about revenue. I know they just started really marketing this month, so I'm patient. But if there's one reason for them to release numbers, it's to attract more investors.
Levins Market
How long do you want to ignore this user?
tamuaggie2007... yes, pinksheet companies don't have to report.

The guys are on record saying they would release something in June, and that has passed. They really aren't talking about when now... why? Maybe they want to release more attractive numbers... I can only speculate right now.

His linkedin profile. Does give the company more credibility in my eyes. I'm concerned that paying his salary is going to require the issuance of more shares, though.
Levins Market
How long do you want to ignore this user?
I'm not so sure of that. I believe that based off what I know in terms of contracts, they should be able to pay off the balance sheet.

Of course, they need to confirm the revenues they have brought in.

Don't know what this is worth, but

F3 Technologies, Inc. (Pinksheets:FTCH - News) is pleased to announce that it has signed another large HOA to start using the Interaction Community System to facilitate the needs and wants of its HOA members.

{"s" : "ftch.pk","k" : "c10,l10,p20,t10","o" : "","j" : ""} This is a first class HOA consisting of roughly 250 homeowners in North West Georgia. They will be using Interaction to enable their members to pay HOA dues on-line, post photos, videos, garage sale items and messages on boards. Community members will now be able to reserve facilities, book babysitters, share recipes, vote and much more.

Frank Connor, CEO of F3 Technologies, stated, "This is a very encouraging development for us here at F3 and our shareholders. While every community we sign is our most important client this new HOA holds a very special place with us here at F3. This particular HOA was using one of our major competitor's systems for many years. After learning more about Interaction and comparing it with our main competitor's system that they were using, they decided to start using Interaction. This is the first time that we know of that an HOA strategically decided to use Interaction in lieu of a system that they already had in place. While it is very satisfying to sign up an HOA that has no system in place it is very encouraging to know that Interaction is so far advanced that even communities with existing systems are switching to use Interaction."

James Canouse, President of F3 Technologies, stated, "We have been very busy here at F3 on all fronts. As mentioned above, Interaction continues to be deployed in HOAs all across the US and we recently announced the hiring of Paul Campbell to head up our sales and marketing efforts for both Ascend and Interaction product lines. We just concluded a two-day working session in our Atlanta offices with Casey Clark of our strategic partner and reseller, Paymenting LLC, and have made significant technology updates to the Ascend and Interaction products lines. We are proud to tell our shareholders that while we continue to move forward at a frenzied pace our share structure remains tight, intact and unchanged."
