Actually, it was an open question to get different schools of thought... seeing if I was missing something. There's nothing wrong with wanting several opinions on the matter.

You want my opinion... here it is.

1) It's a sign of goodwill. Sure, they could raise it anytime but it shows that Frank is committed to his investors.

2) One thought process is that this could raise the PPS significantly once they release new numbers. Some prescribe to the theory that a x% reduction, raises the PPS x%. I don't neccessarily believe that, but I think there is a good chance that when it hits its true value there will be an incremental increase with the reduction of AS.


Now, I'm curious to hear what your thought on the matter is.

We've hit bottom for today and are on the rebound.

A couple of sellers wanting to flip most likely. Went from .027 back to .0345 in no time, and several of us are adding.

I think we'll see a .04-.045 close today. A red day, but those are good for a stock after 5 straight green days.

Yeah, I understand it's a goodwill gesture, I read the press release. What I don't understand, and it seems as though you may not understand either is WHY is this a goodwell gesture. How is this beneficial for investors?

My initial thought was somewhere along the same lines as your #2, but I really have no idea if that's true or not. I asked the question because I didn't know the answer, and because you said it was HUGE, I thought you knew.

The reason its HUGE is because it allows the PPS to move like butter through resistance levels. Its a cog to knocking down the barriers at certain levels. Any meaty news is good, and showing a reduction in AS really speaks volumes to the MMs and potential investors.

hold on for .25... its coming soon! No resistance between here and there.

Dang. Put in a buy order for .032 shortly after it crossed .03 after the dip and it never was filled.

Oh well, maybe on the next dip if I happen to be paying attention then.

yes, .25 as in a quarter... the true value of this stock should be in the .30 range right now, based on contract value signings and the soft launch of ascend this month.

Actually it hit its 52 wk high today at .06. Its previous 52 week high was .05.

Why will it go higher? Go read my first post and the presentation I posted. They are just now monetizing their products, and have aggressive goals. F3 just started marketing their first product launch this year. They are signing new contracts EVERY WEEK. The second product launch is this month (it is their Ascend Product). Read their news releases. Due your own research and DD and then make a decision.

Levins, I'm clueless when it comes to all this technical analysis jargon. What does the MMs, ABLE, 2nd level, BMs, resistance and SAR mean? I watched the video on ihub linked from the Google message board. Just looking to see if knowing these few things will help me understand how all the charting is supposed to a reasonably good predictor.

TA is to stocks as weathermen are to the weather three days away.

It's a good guideline but never a rule. They are generally right-ish. But you can't predict the future or we would all be millionaires.

Never fully trust TA, like everyone says inspect the companies management, products, etc and if you like it. Invest in them.

MMs are the managers who help to control the trend of a stock. These are the guys that help control runs. That route orders, and offer up bid and asking prices based on the trend and the investors they represent.

ABLE is a bigtime MM who normally plays with the big boy stocks. His appearance is a very good sign. One person on the IHUB board mentioned that he represents institutional investors and foreign money. I can't confirm or deny that, but I trust the moderator who stated it.

Level 2 Quotes show what the MMs are bidding and asking on the stock. It also shows the latest buys and sells on a streaming basis.

BMs or boardmarks is an ihub term for number of people who have made that stock forum one of their "favorites".. if you have a high boardmark number then there is a lot of interest in the stock.

Resistance at a certain price shows that the stock can't rise above that price for an "x" amount of time... depends on the number of buyers and sellers at that level, but a resistance level means that there would be more sellers than buyers at that point.

The SAR is an indicator that helps chartists or advanced investors to determine good buying and selling points.

2 hours in, and 900k IN VOLUME! With such a low float this is great.

2 MMs to knock off .07, then its one at .08 to .10.

Right now I'm up 77%. I'm liking it.
