Yeah, that's really screwing with my mind right now...the T/A is saying one thing, the CFO is saying another...

My gut tells me to trust the T/A...and if that's the case, I don't like it...

it was gagged at 3:20pm this afternoon cause I called myself, maybe it wasnt supposed to be gagged but they sure would'nt give me any info on F3

If its not gagged anymore than that is great and shows that Jim got it taken care of today. It just blows my mind that after their PR last week and all the hoopla over the gagged t/a, that it took this long to get it ungagged. I believe in the PR it stated you could start calling the t/a immediately and now here we are talking about the t/a being gagged a week later.

must have been an error on their part or some sort of miscommunication. People called after the PR to confirm it was ungagged. The fact nothing surprising was revealed once it was ungagged again late today makes me think the error was on the TA's part. But who knows...

New president announced today. The guy went from being a consultant for the company to wanting to be president. He must see something promising in the future to want to take the job.

in researching a little more about mr. canouse i was about to be quite concerned for those of you with money in play since there were references to jeffrey, james, john, and joseph canouse all being vp's at jpccapital.com... however i did find an old cached site that says they are all brothers.

i did find it interesting that jpc capital partners share office suite 600 and a fax machine with f3 technologies. is that normal in a start-up like this?

similar post of concern on the IHub boards in regards to F3's ties to a failed startup sharing the same office building

fyi, i actually talked to a cpa friend of mine and when they went out on their own, they leased an office space with a shared mailing address/receptionist/fax machine. apparently it is not uncommon at all.

i do not know if it has any relevance but is it common knowledge that mr. connor and mr. canouse are first cousins? at least the family sticks together.

Yes, Frank and Jim are cousins.

Jim also has several siblings, and the males in the family have worked alongside each other for most of their professional career in some form or fashion.

The firm the Canouses work for has been helping F3, but none of them were on salary.

Jim and company realize that he is more of a "face" for the company than Frank, and Jim has more executive savvy. Frank is a brilliant tech guy, and he can position product well, but when it comes to making quick, executive decisions, Jim has the experience and the network to grow the company faster.

FWIW, Jim has been negotiating the contracts, while Frank has essentially been the "answers" guy on the fit, form and functionality.

So was this a pump and dump? Volume was completely gone the last week.

I just dumped 1320 shares. The rest I'm hanging on to for the time being.

My opinion...

Those 13 million shares sold still haven't been taken care of. Everytime this hits between .055 and .06, there is selling in healthy blocks. .06 is some major resistance right now. Its in a channel right now, and is going to need a healthy kick in the ass to jump out. That's why they need to release the damn financials right now.

If this was a true pump and dump, this thing would have headed to the double or triple zeros after the run up, but instead it based 200% higher than the initial launching pad of .015-.02. I just think its in a hellacious trading channel right now, and it needs a face lift. When I get out of a couple others, I'll infuse a nice chunk to see if it pops it above .06.

This stock keeps making 10% jumps up or down. I'm young but I don't think my heart can take this much longer.

Opposite for me...this thing is lulling me to sleep even though my position is bigger than I usually throw at these. Hope we get a PR with some bite soon.

Commission free. Was holding FTCH in two different accounts, sold FTCH and and five other stocks that weren't moving to free up cash to make other moves in a cash account I have. Only holding $1K in that account.

It simply means the mgmt wants to make shares a little more scare in hopes of making them more valuable.

I have been told that they have statements ready to release. Based on the full Ascend launch this week, I'd expect the statement to accompany it.
