Jeff that was a separate transaction of 2M shares.
LM - if they sold 12M to market and we say for conservative purposes had a avg sale price of .05 this would net $600,000. After repayment of debt they would be left with $388,000. Maybe I'm missing something, but why would they dilute the shares more than the note repayment if they were selling shares on the open market?
I'm not trying to go Tag77 on anyone, but the more I research the more disappointed I become. I think that's normal as a stock goes red and things are fine when it goes green.
I've looked at their software and from a user standpoint on both Fargotube and InteractionCS I'm left with the following thoughts.
FargoTube - what compelling reason makes me want to go here? The site hasn't had an update since last December. There is no payment structure for users to determine what kind of revenue they could make. None of the videos have any ads either - which I would assume is how many people would drive revenue. Also - if YouTube comes in and offers revenue sharing (which I thought they had) you've got a tough time getting people to switch to this website which has no traffic as is.
InteractionCS - I like the concept, one stop shop for HOA MGMT. But the main point of using this I would think is the budgeting software which to me is a pain. Having to hit add/delete everytime I want to change things is horribly inefficient and a simple excel spreadsheet would serve most HOA needs IMO.
Anyway - didn't mean to rant and I'm not asking you to defend anything related to this post.
