Week is going pretty well. Mom Had quad bypass surgery last Friday, so have been busy with her when not at work sitting with her at the hospital. Weighed 235 this morning

Appreciate it. Just realized the typo. 225 this morning. She got out of the hospital yesterday evening and is staying with my sister until monday after her dr's appointment. Then she'll head home with dad.

Eating until I'm full. Focusing on protein and fat macros and animal products, cutting carbs and alcohol. Allowing for special occasions i.e birthdays, mother's day etc.
Any carby foods were spiking my sugar cravings, so it is easier for me to avoid them than struggle with fighting cravings.
I'm seeing toning gains from very moderate bodyweight exercises, about to get my bike out and start riding again.

Jag, big step. The hardest is pushing thru the first 3-4 weeks. It's all about building the habit. Some folks can a little faster than others, but if you can get thru the first month, you will be surprised how much easier it gets.
