Weigh in this morning. 268. We had a wedding and Memorial day stuff this weekend. Happy with the progress last week.

Breakfast eggs bacon coffee 2 points of 42 daily points used for this meal
Lunch: Left over steak ~6 oz left over home fried potatoes ~ 1 cup. 18 points of daily 42 points used for this meal
Dinner: Kevin's Chipotle Chicken and rice 8 points used


Snacks: Apple (free) Grapes (free) Strawberries (free) Beef stick (3 points used) 12 oz milk 8 points used

Couple notes:
Too much bacon
Too much bread

I would very strongly consider switching to a fruiting/spinach type smoothy for breakfast. You are eating fatty greasy heavy foods right now. You may be eating less than is typical so the weight may be coming off but isn't proper diet.

I would also consider following a program - like Faster Way to Weight Loss.

I am following Weight Watchers. Done smoothies in the past. They leave me starving before mid morning. Had really bad sugar crash tremors using them.

Started this morning. Following a couch to 5k program. Very similar to Hal Higdon's program. This will get me started. Plan after that is to cycle Hal's half marathon preps.

I love couch to 5k. Been through it many times (maybe I should stop going back to the couch) and I've found I always want to skip days and advance faster. But don't! It's a trap.

I know this thread is probably more of a self accountability for you, but I think there is several folks following this for support. But what else are you eating each day? Several days have just shown breakfast.

I think i've stated this before, but I haven't been a big fan of your "diet". I don't feel its sustainable. I think you should be eating more lean proteins and volume. Eating the same stuff but just less probably isn't going to work long term. Change what you eat, not just how much.

I'm with you. The diet doesn't seem optimal.

OP, try cutting out all/most carbs and stick with protein, fat and veggies. Also, skip breakfast and stop snacking. It's ok to be hungry. You're not going to get where you want to be if you're never hungry.

A lot of people claim "calories in, calories out" is all you need to know but your body reacts differently depending on the kind of calories you feed it.

Last week was very busy. Getting back from vacation and was playing catchup. I actually maintained over the course of the road trip and getting back to work last week. Weighed this morning. 267.

Breakfast eggs bacon coffee
Lunch Can of tuna with siracha, mustard, mayo and pickle relish on club crackers
Dinner. Baked BBQ chicken, corn and green beans
