April 12, 2021:
Goals: Generally fit. I want to work my way to running a 5k most mornings and 10k's regularly in my workouts. Wanting to be able to pretty much participate in a half-marathon with about a couple of months' preparation.
Want to get back down around 200 lbs and be in the 15-18% body fat.

Where I am currently: 43 yo. 6'00" male 282 pounds as of this morning. Body fat % ~28-30% Sedentary work from home life.

Happy 1 year anniversary of weight loss and this thread.

So update the goals and current stats.

1 year in and still going. about halfway to where I am wanting to be. Needing to get my activity increased.

Labs and urinalysis wasn't good. Doc started me on Blood Pressure Meds.

April 13th 217

Labs and Vitamin panel good with B12 at 290 pg/ml (borderline) so I started 500 mcg per day.

April 29th 212 - pant size down from 42 to 36

I am 4 lbs away, per the imperfect BMI, from being overweight and no longer obese.

Goal weight is 180. Stretch is 174 (what I weighed when I arrived at boot camp)

Yes, 8/16 every but no calorie restriction FIVE days and 8/16 with 600 calories a day for TWO days … 5/2 intermittent fasting.

38 pounds since Jan 19th.

The weight is coming off slower now, but the waist continues to shrink. ...or my pants are getting bigger.

one or the other. Been lifting the last few weeks and enjoy it.

I think these next nine pounds are going to be tough to lose.

It's like the first 30 came off no problem, but these last eight have been a struggle.

Oh Well, just keep chipping away at it.
