IDK, i feel like the value is highest just afterwards when everyones emotions are running high. It wasnt a walk off or anything, and wasnt the first title in the franchise history or anything like that. What are the estimates on the value?

Well I hate to say it but the majority of the people who have to call out of work with less than 24 hours notice to sit amongst that many people for a glimpse of the players aren't voting republican....which is how we ended up with Lina in the first place.

When I turned it on ole Al Green was on and said at least twice that if Houstonians weren't at the parade today they must be out of town. God forbid your constituents actually have a job and be at it, Al.

Everyone went down there for the Breggy Bomb afterparty at Woodrow's, but as soon as that line wrapped the block, the crowd spilled into every other bar around there. It was quite a scene.

I'm looking forward to the next round of championship bricks. Did one for the firstborn but have felt super bad after the second kid not getting one too. I'm sure the Astros will be accommodating me on this hustle soon.

I was in the room here one day... watchin' the Mexican channel on TV. I don't know nothin' about Pele. I'm watchin' what this guy can do with a ball and his feet. Do we still discuss Astros baseball in here?

The Rangers traded for Odorizzi and seem genuinely excited about it because Atlanta is eating $10 million of his $12.5 million salary. We don't realize how blessed we are.

I don't hate Odorizzi but he's not a needle mover in the grand scheme.

I also didn't realize until today the Astros could ditch Will Smith after this season. I thought we were on the hook for him in 2023 but he's a free agent as we didn't pick up his option.

Say what you want about Will Smith but that was a shrewd move to basically get rid of Odorizzi for 2023. Atlanta is paying $10 million for him to not pitch for them. Glad it's not us.

I get not extending Mancini at $10 million.

If he hadn't done what he'd did in the post season I'd say move on from Yuli. Because Im sentimental Im of the mindset to give him $8 million for one more year and see what happens.

We really need a center fielder more than anything to move Chas to left but I did see Click say they're preparing for Yordan to be the regular left fielder for 2023.

He's not a terrible left fielder but I'd rather him DH or even learn first base if that works best.

Why is it no one seems to think Yordan is destined for first base at some point? When we traded for him, he was listed as an IF / OF.

Seems like getting another bat for left field so Brantley can DH would be a nice gain overall.

I think Yordan is ultimately a 1B or DH. It's weird to think he's only 25 because he's a grown ass man. He's a hell of an athlete for his size with a plus arm but I don't think he's long term an outfielder.

I'm fine bringing Uncle Mike back to play left but a bit concerned about his age and injury. Curious if the removal of the shift will help or hurt him.

I'm generally of the mindset to not completely upset this team and just load it up for another go.

I mean, we are the MOTHER EFFIN CHAMPS. No need to overthink it since most everyone is coming back.
