Okay, now I'm a bit perturbed at these people. They are just sitting there waiting for someone to come pick them up and take them to Greenspoint Mall.

Seriously, if you know there is transport from the Mall to a shelter, get off your fat ass and start walking. If my geography is right, they aren't that far away from the mall.

Anyone else just not show up for work?.... No email about office closure and work phone line was down. Couldn't get out for a couple of hours due to flooding anyways, but just decided to stay home.

That's thanks to a government that teaches it's people that they should just rely on the gov to take care of them. It's not a race thing.

Minorities that they have interviewed that live in houses were very resourceful and did not expect any help to be rescued or transported to some shelter. Even when their houses were full of water.
