i couldn't help but laugh when i saw ch 13 had a reporter standing in cullen park reporting on the high flood waters. Its located in a reservoir. of course its freaking flooded.

With the undulations and elevation changes WC does not drain very well at all.

My grandparents had a place there just south of the bridge on the Louisiana side for many years. I imagine their old pier would be under water now.

Doing it now and it ****ing sucks. The wind is killer and there's 0 rest stops! I've never been on an organized ride with no rest stops. Catching by breath for that last 7 miles.
