Pretty sure it was. That guy was completely shocked and confused. He very well may have drowned with his car. Heck, the reporter had to walk to him and grab him as he was struggling to swim in 3' of water.
My meeting this morning got cancelled. I have another one at 2 today. Kind of thinking whether or not I should call that dude and bail just because.

Now the HCFWS is working again, and the water levels are very slowly going down. No indication of how high it actually got.

Well technically I am still stranded here in the area...thankfully I have access to food/water/shelter and electricity for the time being...just wish they would have made the call to close earlier. Maybe they will give me the day off tomorrow for all my hard work today
