You're probably going to have to go 45-BW8-59S. The Grand Parkway is still closed at 2920/Boudreux due to that underpass being flooded.

No traffic I'd say 45-50 min...but they live right off 45 in Grogans Mill. In traffic who knows...99 probably makes it bearable if not an everyday thing. Although 99 also adds over 10 miles for me since I live inside HI6 in SL.
