Yes. Water came about halfway up the driveway. Others it the neighborhood...not so much.
How many of these houses flooding aren't in the FEMA 100 year flood plain?

I just don't see that happening. Typically if a system moves from the panhandle to DFW to San Antonio it doesn't miss us.
Berger is calling it a fairly slow moving line of storms moving through at about 2 pm. The system could bring 1-3 inches of rain and easily more in isolated areas. Here's a model run showing it over the metro area at that time.

40 mins from 290&610 to Fry, then 90 minutes up Fry to Clay. I was in the turn lane from the feeder to Fry for almost a half hour. **** heads zipping up the outside and cutting in. Found these bad boys in my backyard in Bridgeland.
That is clearly a Bridgeland sidewalk. I can tell with the color of the concrete and the precision of the edge.
