How does that happen? I've always wondered. So he tried to go through the water when it was 3-4' high I am assuming. Realized his car was toast. And then he just decided to chill in his car while the waters build?

I had my path from spring to Waller this morning blocked several times by cops parked across roads, or water deeper than I was willing to ford with stalled cars in it.

There are areas flooding that didn't flood in Allison. The city made a bunch of changes after Allison so I don't think we'd have something to that extent, but this is bad and isn't over yet.
