When I moved into my subdivision in 1999 it was at the end of a two lane country road called "Greens Prairie". There was no other subdivisions between Wellborn Road and Highway 6. So you'll have to forgive me if I still say "Driving into town", but when we first moved out here, it WAS driving into town...AggieBarstool said:Lulz. I hope this happens, but if Century Square can not fill it's retail space on University Dr. and next to campus, how is this group going to do it?Captn_Ag05 said:

According to the latest "All Up In Your Business" episode, Walk-ons got their permits this week, so still a thing that appears to be happening.Captn_Ag05 said:
Didn't the Walk-Ons that was slated to be in that area pull out of their plans as well?
Damn non-compete burrito clause!Quote:
They also confirmed that Gringo's has backed out, even though they already had their permits and site plans and everything. But they don't know why, just what they have seen on social media (Gringo's is ignoring their efforts get answers LOL)

Also mentioned as coming or open now:
- Little Land Play Gym (strip mall behind Longmire Walmart)
- Zoners Pizza, Wings, and Waffles (strip mall behind Longmire Walmart)
- Heat Up Eats (I may be mishearing the name; Northgate/Aspire Building)
- Which Which (Northgate/Aspire Building)
- "a coffee place" in Northgate as well (unnamed)
- Zero Degrees (Jones Crossing, already open)
- Chick-fil-a Drive Thru (Jones Crossing; confirmed they have permits)
They also confirmed that Gringo's has backed out, even though they already had their permits and site plans and everything. But they don't know why, just what they have seen on social media (Gringo's is ignoring their efforts get answers LOL)
More places "planned" that are currently under site plan review:
- Drury Inn (Chimney Hill)
- Starbucks w/ drive thru (Chimney Hill)
- Huntington Senior Housing Development (Midtown near Baylor Scott & White)
And lastly, they mentioned Buc-cee's is definitely interested in CS, but still hasn't found a location that meets their requirements formula. CS is still trying though, they swear LOL
Do they have a Sanity Clause?Belton Ag said:Damn non-compete burrito clause!Quote:
