Interesting. I love Mutts in Dallas!
I also like the plan to tour pickleball courts. Are there any in BCS?

If it's one of these, then I am pretty excited!CDucote said:
There's a sign for Shogun Restaurant up in Tower Point behind/next to Gold's at the top of the hill (behind Freddy's).

Yeah, I could see Mutts and all of the other simi outdoor restaurant venues doing well in the super park area. People could bring there dogs go to the park and eat. I think it will bring out a lot of people. Just like first Friday's in downtown they could have something like 2nd Saturday's in the park.
The overwhelming feedback was not to spend $60 to $70 million with an additional 1.2 million in annual operating costs to generate $400,000 per year in revenue. They framed the survey to get the results they wanted to act like they have support.dgonzo99 said:
The city does plan to Ido it in pieces. They have done extensive research on what the citizens are wanting in a SuperPark. I like that they are thinking out of the box. Why have just another cookie cutter park in BCS? You always have the doubters no matter what.
They are going to do the park in smaller chunks. The mayor has stated that this is a project that will done over several years, Not in one big chunk. There have been many public meetings that you could have attended. I know that they would have been more than glad to talk to you personally. Did you go?dallasiteinsa02 said:The overwhelming feedback was not to spend $60 to $70 million with an additional 1.2 million in annual operating costs to generate $400,000 per year in revenue. I am just asking them to take it slow and do it in smaller chunks of a greater master plan that can be changed as the demands and city continues to evolve.
They had a post on their facebook yesterday about coming in after finals for food and drinks, so I would say no.new straw said:
I think I saw for lease signs in zoners window. Did they close?
I drove by this afternoon since I was in the area. Zoners is open. The For Lease sign is in a window of the unoccupied space next door.Quote:
