I saw that "The Yard" is opening up off Fitch in that big development where everything is going in (Caprock?). Multi-use area with BBQ, music, etc.

Hotel market on University (and elsewhere) is getting as "frothy" as the apartment construction is. By the time that project finishes the investors may wish they had gone elsewhere.......Captn_Ag05 said:
