I have a hodgepodge of old bindings and old skis that I'm reconfiguring. I started by moving the look zrs heels on a pair of old 192 dyna 4x4 forward 10cm (not shocking these skis once belonged to someone larger than me). Filled old holes with g-flex, printed up templates and these things aren't the same pattern as any of the turntable templates, so I get out the calipers and start measuring and marking. Measure over and over and over then punch and measure again, and I guess I need to stop looking at decimal mm because it's not as exact as I swear I had it marked. Then I remembered that ski boots are plastic and mine are beat up plastic and what's a mm or two between friend, so I go ahead and drill anyway, blow out holes out, spooge some titebond in the holes and on the screws and fkn send it. Boots click in, forward pressure looks good, pretty sure they won't kill me and a busload of nuns despite the bindings being 25 years old and me not being a stoned 17 year old
Next is px15s on my revolt 124s, this time the heel holes didn't match the px template. Mounted one on a board where it looked like the templates should line up and was able to adjust forward pressure and boot center lines up where it's supposed to so I feel good about mounting those next time I have a few hours to kill
