With Epic pass sales down and the snow not great all season, they're dying for revenue.
Australia and Whistler have been bright spots along w the NE but Colorado and UT are struggling badly this season. Vail/BC/Breck/Keystone/PCC are a huge chunk of their revenue. WBC is the largest revenue market but Colorado/UT dwarf the NE and other US Hills.
Telly has bad snow and mountain ops issues so it could always be worse for Vail.
With 4 runs open and no snow through 12/22, it's gonna be a rough holidays. Even if they get snow they won't have the ability to prep or open much. Not a good year to let snow go to waste.
