Yes, this is the correct move. I remember I did the same thing with the PS1 in graduate school. Bought it for my then girlfriend, now wife, for her birthday. Looking back, truly a boss move.

I didn't realize this was so close to coming out.

I just platinumed Horizon: Forbidden West and was looking for my next game. I was going to go with GOW: Ragnarok but some dude on FB Marketplace hosed my on a code (I should have known $25 was too good to be true), so I might just wait to see the reviews on Hogwarts and decide from there.
