Not that what I think matters, but these are the states that have shown with early voting thus far and my thoughts.

At this point the only thing that matters is keeping the Senate for R's at 51+. House is 95% D. Governors, beside locals doesn't really matter too much at national level.

AK - Tilt R - I am still 50/50 here but will give the incumbent an ever so slight tilt. Will the decoy Dan confuse some voters? Ranked Choice should be outlawed in the US.
FL - is RED!
GA - Lean D - GA has been moving left for a while. Sucks because I live here and despise most liberal policies.
IA - Lean R - Closer than normal, but Rs will win.
KS - Lean R - Same as IA
ME - Lean R - Collins ALWAYS overperforms. Don't think it will be different this time, but Ds are getting closer.
MI(FLIP) - Tilt R - MAYBE Lean R. El-Sayed has turned off a lot of Ds, and is the worst candidate Ds could have picked. Radical candidates usually underperform.
MN - Lean D - Don't see any surprises here.
NC(FLIP) - Lean D - D voters are WAY overperforming.
NE - Lean R - Close but no cigar for Ds.

Also, in 81 of those cases arrest warrants were issued by a judge for FAILING TO APPEAR IN COURT. In only 13 of those cases were the attorneys representing Marshall's business involved, indicating they may have agreed with the judge issuing the warrants.

Per the NYT story, they found NO EVIDENCE OF ANY ACTUAL ARRESTS.

The 700 claims cover over 20 years of a regional hospital operations, of which Marshall was founder and part owner.
