Early, NC/VA looking good for Dems.
PA/OH trending well for Reps.
NV also seems to be starting off decent for Reps.
ETA: All above for Senate.

Good chance Dems will pick up House.
Good chance Reps will keep Senate 51+. If the Reps can stay at 53 in the Senate, they have a good chance of keeping the Senate for at least now through the middle of the 2030s.

Votes so far really skewed much older. Black votes down, youth votes down big.

$1M of her own money or from some PAC? It wasn't that long ago her net worth was nothing. Would be quite the change in fortune for her to be able to just give away $1M.

GOP has to get to 51 in the senate to hold, as otherwise Murk will just flip to caucus with Schumer-CCP.

Youbet; it was from her PAC, not her dinero personally.

I don't think you can really say anything about young voters participating at this point.

They don't vote early or by mail.

D's using up their high propensity voters early. Is happening in other states as well. It will come down to if they can turn out the lower propensity voters. Reps as well.

this is everyone's biennial reminder extrapolating EV data to make conclusions about the final results is mostly folly. already seeing people on twitter doing it and boldly proclaiming everything from a blue tsunami to a gop sweep.

Perhaps...

But Bodnar is NOT an "independent" even remotely.

It's just sad that left wing candidates have to lie to try to be elected.

I will give you partial credit as it can be misleading, but the trends of who is voting early (not just a single day) do portend motivation/give an indication of what parts of the electorate are fired up or not. NV for instance we have good meaningful data on right now, and it seems encouraging for the GOP.

Contrarily, we have (I think) only two days in NC and yet the data there is not real great (I think we need more). Turnout is quite high in red counties though in Georgia, and OH as well.

Varying levels of days of early in person, and mail in ballot periods etc. just are tough to extrapolate nationally.

David Beamer just gave the best campaign speech on behalf of America reminding us to vote for America in the midterms. Particularly vote against Al-Sayeds and for Mike Rogers. For Trump and not to hate America.

He was on with Kayleigh McEnany and I will try and grab the clip when available.

BTW - her segment on Zachariah was most excellent (and gracious). Trump should pick her and Leavitts deputy and install him. He good.

This is why Republicans are going to get slaughtered at the midterm. There is no excitement to vote for Trump amongst conservatives. He started a war in Iran that drove diesel prices sky high. Then made a deal with a Russia and totally turned his back on Ukraine. Think what you will about Ukraine and its fraud, but siding with Putin on anything is not going to make the party popular at the polls.

Republicans are going to have to deal with losing the house and senate and have no one to blame for it but themselves. The "vote for Trump" wave for the midterms is not coming.

Was this just a generic post because I am struggling to how me saying David Beamer gave a hell of a speech on why voting R matters in the mid terms and you take it as a reason Rs get slaughtered? Did you watch the interview and what he said?

The TDS drivel is just that and is unresponsive to what I posted. Perhaps you intended to not reply and quote me. No worries if so just wanted to clarify your response made no sense at all.

You didn't link it or anything and I don't care enough to look it up. In your synopsis you said it was about "vote… for Trump and not to hate America". My contention is that doesn't move the needle at all based on Trump's favorable poll numbers.

If you cared enough to write your TDS soliloquy, you could have found the clip.

Hope these idiot voters enjoy open borders and Marxism. Costs don't decrease when you let in hordes of third worlders. And the historical low crime rates we've enjoyed these last two years will get back to the mean. Good job idiot voters!

Yeah. There's just something very 'off' about her to me, not just this statement/her CIA background.

(Posted for DR's comment). She's pretty new to the senate, and only won in 2024 by a half percent I think. She's also one of the few 'bipartisan' (claiming to be moderates) DSA Dem senators, so that attitude really does betray the underlying pervasive enmity toward the other side of the aisle imho.

So she's the 'moderate' Michigan senator, supporting the guy running for the other slot whose sister endorses mass murder/rape/putting babies into ovens etc.

"The people who are loyal and fought for us, we will be loyal and fight for you."
This is who democrats are.
