Trump isn't mature either, twitter is a WMD in the hands of people like this who cannot shut up.

So in your scenario, it's worse for Elon to know Trump was a pedophile and not share it than for Trump to be a pedophile?Hank the Grifter said:Who?mikejones! said:

Elon not only accused Trump of being a pedophile but also that he (Elon) knew it and was sitting on it until it suited him to go public with it for his benefit.
Trump is an ******* but he's our *******.
What Musk did is unforgivable and hurts the nation.

I am a big fan of both men, but they have both played this situation horribly.
While it was entirely predictable given the egos involved, its also highly disappointing. Get behind closed doors, work the problem out and get a plan together and get it done. People voted for Trump not just because of border security, energy independence and tax cuts, but ALSO for the DOGE efforts and Elon's involvement.
But it's really disappointing the way Republicans, even while the Dems are floundering and weak and Biden's regime is being exposed daily, find a way to step on their own dicks and kill momentum for themselves. Two billionaire children fighting it out on their social media platforms and going below the belt, while on some level comical and predictable, is just ****ing sad and idiotic and accomplishes nothing but giving the media and leftists jerkoff material.
I'm shocked that a guy with 12 kids lacks impulse control.infinity ag said:

My own grades on Trump thus far:
1) Border: A
2) Culture Wars (e.g., reversing DEI trends that had gone too far): A
3) Economy: Incomplete (I am still in wait and see mode and anything from A to F seems possible)
4) Foreign Policy: F - I am not at all convinced Trump or his administration have a well thought out strategy RE Russia/Ukraine, the Gaza problem, maintaining strong relationships with allies, etc..
5) Entertainment: A - Always been a Trump strong point
Except that it was, and that is why it stopped working.infinity ag said:Charpie said:

This is the risk when everything is privatized. Some things like space needs to be owned by the Government.
I give him an A on all 5 but would see purging the deep state etc. as a separate category, also an A.infinity ag said:Pumpkinhead said:

I give him a D (incomplete) on Jobs. He has shaken it up a bit but he needs to look into H1B and cancel it and replace it with something fool proof. And tariff the offshorers. Either hire here in the US or GTFO to Bangladesh or Somalia. These corps don't do any one a favor by opening their companies here and hire there.

On the jobs front.... I wish they would eliminate the H1B program. Howver, so many IT related companies are outsourcing so many jobs now to foreign countries.... too little, too late. My son who has 10+ years in the IT field quipped that it was too bad that Pakistan and India didn't engage in a nuclear war because it would garantee him a job for the next several years.infinity ag said:Pumpkinhead said:

Uh, booming? With the credit downgrade, the crashing markets, . . . nevermind, you're clearly not paying attention. The economy sucks right now and it's because of Trump.

Ok and what about Trump himself creating a meme coin that allows anonymous 'donors' to buy access to him with a private dinner at Mar a Lago funded by tax payer dollars? Is that factored in your 'deep state' score or you think it belongs in a different category?nortex97 said:Absolutely not. USAID and USIP alone warrant at least a B.
